I have twice had this store not deliver my order. Both times I got a refund, but I am done with this location.

I was VERY unhappy when I took out my sandwich and found they had gouged ALL of the bread from the top of my sandwich so I literally only had a crust, I paid $21 for 2 bags of chips a soda and bread they decided to destroy. I didn’t ask them to do this they just took it upon themselves, I paid for the whole French bread that is what I expect to get. If I didn’t want the bread I would have ordered a unwhich! They also didn’t get the sandwich right!

It took more than an hour to receive my order, even though I live just over a mile away. I called the store, and they explained they're understaffed and doing their best. While I understand, I still paid extra for a service that's supposed to be fast and didn't receive it. It's disappointing and reflects poor service. I would have hoped for a refund, some free food, a gift card, or something. I do not plan on ordering from here again due to a lack of confidence in their ability to provide timely service.

Don't order the pesto bow tie salad on Door Dash. It's SUPER small & not worth the $3. Not sure the price/size in house but don't get it through door dash.
Keep ordering their BBQ wrap and they give me the sandwich, it wouldn't have bothered if it happened once, but it keeps happening. And if you call and tell them, they don't try to make it right, they just write it down somewhere. Makes me really want to keep coming back ?EDIT: I just ate the sandwich.......all the chicken was piled in one spot, and i don't think the BBQ made it to the sandwich....

Ordered a no 1. Ham and cheese. Got turkey baconWaited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Found out when i hot home.I called them.They wanted me to come back, no thanks after that wait!.Their delivery guys are 5 out from delivery.Not happy
