The drive-thru window hasn't been cleaned since who knows when. When it finally opened to give us our food, it smelled like rotten trash. Really reflects the type of people that work there. Dirty stinky and nasty. Don't waste your money eating at this location.

This used to be the best McDonald's around town...but lately they have been screwing up my orders. When you order large fries they give you them half full...they can't even fill up your fountain drink to the top. Their playground is absolutely disgusting. Do they never clean??

If I could give this a zero I would. The other day I got a quarter pounder got home, took a bite and the entire inside was bright pink. Called and complained and they said they would replace the meal. Went to pick up the replace meal today just to find FOUR pieces of hair with grease on it in my quarter pounder. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be eating from there company again.

Waited 20-25 mins in the drive thru ordered a qt pounder bacon cheese burger. Didn’t come with the bacon and the meat is dry.

Criminally understaffed at night. I only saw one employee working both windows at once. The said employee was professional and trying to do a good job. One person is not enough to manage multiple people's orders like he had to. Management's job is to ensure they have people to work at night.

For whatever reason the nighttime staff is telling everyone they’re “closed” every night. Have ordered online and they refuse to make food that’s paid for and I haven’t gotten my money back either. Super annoying. I hope a manager sees this.
Store is rarely open on timeBecause of computer problems or broken equipment.They can never make the order correctly. Missing half of the sandwich the one day that they actually made the right one. They also never give receipts so you can’t prove your complaint

The manager was very helpful and noticed things that any other manager would not have. Because of this he was able to help me out. Five stars for that. I should have gotten his name because he deserves a raise.This is the second review, the place was pretty dirty. Check the pictures and you can see the garage everywhere. The lady at the counter had a hard time understanding and getting us water cups. Food is still good but customer service and maintenance needs some work.

I would say this is the worst late-night McDonald's around. And not just once having a bad experience but several times. I have complained about it in the past, and absolutely nothing has been done in years. I got an apology for inconvenience is about it. I try every now and again in hopes of a better experience, but is always disappointed. If you ever are in the mood for McDonald's in the late night hours, I would refrain from this location. Especially around the hours between 11PM to 4:30 AM. The system is down at diffrent times. False advertisement as far as hours of operation goes.
