Bizarre experience. We walked in and watched the serving person stare at the ice cream freezer for a a couple of minutes then she went to another one. We left and went to Cold Stone.

Delicious ice creams, they are not very creamy, but they are good. I wish they had more variety of flavors, especially something tropical. But it's

I was blown away by the work ethic of the employees - I saw 20 customers get service in under 5 minutes and no was ever idle. If they weren’t helping customers they were cleaning, all while wearing a smile on their face. Also the ice cream is delicious.

Ice cream is delicious & employee is friendly... but twice I've come in, there is one person working in front - one in back - 5 people waiting. And the back person hasn't come to help out the other worker both times. In the middle of the day it can take 20 minutes or more. Id come more often for my work if it were quicker. I called ahead this time, too.

The service is just so slow and not terribly friendly. It’s very good ice cream, but don’t plan on be looked after very well.

After sitting in cold stones long line for 30 minutes and not getting anywhere near the front desk, I left and came here. I was first worried because a lot of people walked in front of me but handles employs more then 2 people and they all have a sense of urgency like no other so they killed that line in front of me before it even started. I ordered a brownie sundae expecting a little bit of ice cream and brownie considering it was only $9 and I got what felt like a mountain of ice cream compared to what I get at my regular spot. I was happily surprised. I had a horrible week but this little interaction and all of the workers friendliness really turned it around for me. I have a new favorite ice cream spot. Thank you.

Went in to Midvale location for go ice cream at 4:30 Saturday. The employee with 1/2 blond and 1/2 brown hair seemed to be put out that she had customers. Wanted to delegate our order to other person in the back working because she wanted to get back visiting with friend that came in.Then very rudely said CASH OR CARD without even saying total. Lastly we had to ask for a bag not a huge deal but it was snowing and we had more than one item to carry. Do better
