Food was good, came in at 1 but still after paying they had me drive back around to the grubhub parking and brought my food out 15 minutes later. I wasn't impressed with the speed, even after not having A&W in over 4 years.

I ordered a burger. The kid that made my burger wore pants that hangs down like a baby in a diaper full of poop. Larger male with dark hair and a longer jerry curl hair cut. I was waiting and watch him unzip his pants and adjust himself with his gloves on. Same gloves he used to grab the cheese for the burger and slap it around one of the females faces with. Proceeded to use that cheese and gloves to finish my burger. I was so repulsed at how unprofessional this kid was I didnt ask for my money back. I told the person at the counter what I saw and said I didnt want my food and left. This kid needs to have more respect and pride in himself and his work. Maybe he would go farther.

This is by far the worst A&W Iv ever eaten at! Iv tried this location twice and both times our entire order has been messed up and over cooked and the people that work here are rude and not helpful at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Worst A&W and KFC in Utah. They are always out of anything you want to order, take five times as long as any other store, and if you do happen to get something from them, it is absolutely the worst quality. Still clear unless you want frustration

I hate this store...KFCThey have run out of original chicken too many times...Popeye's never have!They even ran out of chicken 20 minutes before they closed.It really really sucks...I love the food when it is available...However, 25% to 35% of the time it's NOT!I let everyone on social media know about the mess at this place.Hope you can post this review!

Very unhappy I arrived to pickup a online order which was just a shake, corn dogs and Burger. The doors were locked at 12pm and they told me to wait in mobile pickup. It should of been ready when I arrived but it was not I waited 15 minutes just for them to forgot the snake so I had to wait longer. They had the audacity to wait until the other person order was ready to bring the shake out. The other person was there for only 5 minutes. Terrible service. The doors should not be locked. Telling people to never order from here

This place shows open but doors are locked. Went through the drive-through and they only gave us part of the order and sent us to the parking pick up for the rootbeer. 20 mins and counting waiting. I can them inside doing nothing.

Worst Mananged Store Ever!! Over the course of atleast 5 years and yes I shouldn't continue to go there knowing this but i'm optimistic that things could change but they never have their key ingredient ie Chicken (KFC) /Burgers etc. If you have a tuesday bacon cheeseburger special, have burgers and bacon on hand. Yes i got the last two hamburgers no bacon and had to wait for a long time in drive thru for it and it wasnt closing time it was dinner time 7p.m. They really struggle with inventory managment. How they stay in business???? They must have good rootbeer.

I want to know when you started adding Cayenne pepper to your hamburger sauce. I bought a Papa Burger and it was terrible I had heartburn I took 2 bites and returned it to you. I was sick the next day with intestinal problems if I could sue you I would. Do want to put a star but I have to to post this message
