I had a good experience here today. The service was great. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The food tasted relatively fresh. My fries were a little colder than I liked, and the lobby was a little dirty. But overall, it was a positive experience.

Ordered a breakfast combo, the girl said they don’t have coffee at that moment (comes with the combo) and I said it’s ok to change to a soda. She end up charging me for the soda, and later I found out she didn’t put a straw in the bag, with a pile of napkins like being used. Horrible!

I love this place because they have the impossible whopper but once again tonight I was shorted one burger and mozzarella sticks I need to be less trusting of people doing their job. I know that’s not a lot of money but to some it is and I just want what I pay for after a long day of work.Vegetarian options: It’s awesome if they actually give you them in your order

I used to like Burger King, the place was clean, the food was decent. That is, until last night. I had my daughter drop by the local franchise on her way over to my house. I had her pick up food for everyone. Five orders. When she got to my place, the fish sandwich I ordered, the patty was black. (I have pictures, I can show you.) The fish patty was black and rubbery with a very crisp edge. The fries were tough as leather. The hamburgers were no better. The cost of take out and dine in has skyrocketed. If you think I will waste my money coming back to the Draper, Utah store, You got another think coming. My family won't be back.

Order a burger and chicken sandwich with fries and someRanch. Burger not remotely hot. Cheese isn't melted. No ranch even though I paid for it. No ketchup. No fry sauce. And the star of the show is a warm chicken sandwich with oddly sweet sauce. Awful and I blame myself mostly for not just going one exit north to in n out.

Last 5 times I've come here I haven't had a warm burger. Cheese not even melted. Cold burger, cold fries! They pre make their burgers and fries because this location is very lazy. Don't ever come here or you'll be very disappointed.

Our burgers were sloppily thrown together, with the cheese not even in the actual cheeseburger. It was on the side of the burger, wrapped up. Our fries were cold & soggy, & my daughters happy meal was missing her cheeseburger. We expect to get the food we pay for, & not have to assemble our own food or go to another place to fill the missing food items we paid for. Disappointed.

I ordered on the app so I could get free fries. (The only thing good about the deal.). I walked in at about 11:30am. They were busy fixing their order screen. And it looked like they were shut down. They had fries under the heat lamp. The meat was cooked and in a warming tray ready to be put together so we're the nuggets. It was the coldest hot meal I've ever gotten. You would think at lunch time you'd get fresh food. Don't recommend this place anymore.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had good service at a fast food joint. The lobby was actually open past 8 pm, the staff was friendly and the food was good.They had a “Clue” game going on and colorful tablecloths creating a fun environment.If we lived closer we would frequent this BK.
I completely stopped going to this location because every time I would go I would end up throwing away all of my fries since they were always undercooked and completely solid. I decided to give this location another chance today and still a whole year later their still undercooking their fries because their employees don't care enough to cook them for the proper time. I would much rather have to wait longer and have my food come out actually edible rather than it being quick and complete garbage.

Yeah, they’re slow, but do you know what’s worse? Watching door dashers come in and abuse the staff. Especially the staff that are young and are learning and working their first job for the first time. Be patient. Remember your first gig?Door Dashers: communicate with your customers that there is a delay and that you’ll be on your way as soon as possible. More often than not the customers are understanding.

9/11/22 12:45 pm, stopped at the drive through for lunch, spent $20 on a burger 2 fries, 2 drinks. Pulled into the parking lot to eat. Was served whatever the opposite of fresh is. Very disappointing.
