I went to Costa vida with my family over the weekend. The staff was really good but they had a diffucult time understanding our order. The food was bad! It lacked many things. The worst offense was the rice, it was under cooked and impossible to chew, there would be a few cooked pieces and then you would bite down on a really hard peice. It hurt my jaw and teeth very badly. I thought I was going to break a tooth. There should be some better quality control for the food that is provided. I could only eat the lettuce of my salad and some meat pieces. This location needs some help. Please make this right.

Everyone was so polite and kind. The new Pollo Asado was super delicious! Miriam was the absolute sweetest and even grabbed my friend and I a bag as we were leaving — without even asking her to do so! Saving grace. That woman needs a raise?

Sure miss the great energy this place used to have back when the latina workers were happy and industrious, the colorful produce was up where you could see it, and the employees actually kept it clean. I still like the food, but don't go near as often when there aren't happy smiles and good energy to lift your day!
hate leaving bad reviews for places but my rice was so undercooked i couldn’t really eat it :( even then the only reason i’m leaving a review is because it was $17 for undercooked rice. service was amazing tho, everyone at this location is really

Large piece of organ or vein 1 1/4" long x 1/4" diameter in pork!!! I could have puked when I chewed it!!! No cashier around. Many staff kept walking by ignoring me at the register. I finally (waited 3+ min.) had to ask someone to help me. Personalities were lacking in staff. Definitely will NOT go back!!!Parking: No comment. Piece of organ in food made whole experience really TERRIBLE!!!

I think this is my absolute most favorite location. The employees are always super friendly and the food is the best around. I'll go out of my way to visit this specific location because it is my favorite.
RICE WAS UNDERCOOKED and they messed up our order. Didn’t get sour cream or guacamole for the burritos. The rice was hard and stale, definitely not cooked all the way. It ruined all of our burritos. Don’t go here! Waste of $50

Dietary restrictions: The food looks like but does not have an authentic Mexican taste & flavor , & has lost its nutritional values which you expect from Mexican foods, by being mass produced. Use of non-organic raw material won't make it too appealing either.
