The app/ordering really needs to be updated. It doesn’t let you remove anything. I ordered a salad but had allergies to one ingredient. I called the restaurant 3 minutes after the order was placed but it had already gone out. I’ve just come to expect more from chick fil a, really disappointed.

ever since they changed their chicken it tastes so fake and artificial. I got chick fil a last night and almost threw up mid meal. the texture,, the flavor,, everything about their food these days is NOT RIGHT. I was a die hard chick fil a fan and will NEVER be eating here again

Totally overrated food which is closer to plastic than real food.I simply do not care to support the family who owns the trade name with my $$ who in turn supports backward & hateful ideologies.Had it not been for the request of my DIL & son, I would not have set foot in this place.I rather spend my $$ at a locally owned & operated business. No matter how expensive it may be relative to others.
