This review doesn’t have to do with this specific location but cold stone in general. I love love love the cake batter ice cream. I don’t think there’s any ice cream that matches. BUT I just have to say that the quality of their ice cream cakes have really gone down over the years. They used to be so good with the fudgy cookie pie crust and much more ice cream and now they have two giant layers of cake that is not good that half ruins the ice cream and the amount of ice cream you get is so much smaller. Definitely not worth the price paid for the expensive cakes. We used to get ice cream cakes fairly often for birthdays and I think I’m done ordering them for now.

You can tell this location is run by inexperienced high schoolers. There was smeared chocolate ice cream all over the checkout counter and dried smeared ice cream on every table. Every napkin dispenser was empty and three of the advertised flavors weren’t available, even though they had the flavor signs up in the display case.We were the only ones in the place and after giving us our orders, the two boys running the store went to the back room and sat on stools on their phones instead of cleaning up the very obviously messy tables, checkout counter and littered floor. Like, come on guys!

The most disgusting COLDSTONE I’ve ever seen. Workers were nice. The only positive of this place. The cleanliness unfortunately was so bad we passed on the ice cream.

This is the 2nd time in a row we ordered larger sizes and they made our bowls in smaller sizes but then placed the cups in larger ones. You chose this job. How lame of you.

Absolutely frustrated, I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and today it fathoms me the these children that businesses hire have no concept of time. Walked in at 5:54 they close at 6 pm today for Halloween I guess. They wouldn't provide service plus I called in advance at 5:50 to see if they would do the order over the phone still wouldn't do it. Whoever is running this place needs to remember your in service for customers and remind your employees of this as well.

Store was absolutely filthy. Not to mention the employees didn't wear gloves. I work at a Coldstone in another state, and I am aware that they were breaking many rules. The ice cream wasn't even the right size! Not worth your money. The ceiling was disgusting, especially right above the ice cream, probably dropping things in there.
Nasty place a hair inside of the ice cream, they didn’t want to refund me the money. Never come to this place.

This store is a giant disappointment. My family went in today and were incredibly disgusted. There were stacks of chairs in front of the garbage can, the garbage hadn't been taken out from the night before, the napkins were empty in every napkin holder, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, dried ice cream on the walls, mildew on the display case, floors that had never been swept, and tables covered in multiple layers of ice cream and other sticky stuff. And all of that was just the front of the store! Behind the counter was cluttered and messy, the ceiling was covered in dried food (don't ask me how it got up there), and the floors looked even dirtier than the customer area! They need to be reported to the Health Department (I'll be looking into how to do that)!The employees were nice enough but obviously didn't care about the store or it's appearance. Management obviously cares even less. It's been a nasty place for years and hasn't gotten better. Please, go to any other Cold Stone. There's plenty of other ones nearby!
