“I have my kids with all their cousins at my house, so I decided to go to Little Caesars to buy a couple of pizzas for them. I had a really long day, so I didn’t want to cook at all. I walked into the store, and Courtney treated me really well; she was cordial and very sweet to me, which made my night, even though she was tired from working the whole day in a busy store. She maintained a good smile while doing her job. Good job, Courtney! Keep it up. ??”

This location has had poor customer service for a couple years now (used to be our favorite location), but today it was even worse than usual. The employees were loudly arguing with each other in front of a big line of customers who were waiting. One then walked out to go vape right in front of the store, with another yelling at him, asking where he was going. Once again this was with a big line of customers overhearing it all. The last few times (including this time), the pizza literally falls apart into shreds. The crust is paper thin (on extra most bestest, not one of the thin kinds) and big areas have no cheese at all. Done giving this location a chance.
