Absolutely terrible service. Very slow delivery. Placed an order and was guaranteed delivery by 6:15 and the delivery was continually delayed time and time and time again. They wouldn't answer the phone when we were trying to get an update on the order. It was finally delivered at 7:11, was cold, and soggy.Very disappointed! This is not what I get at any other Little Caesars location. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, training issue, equipment failure, or something else, but it's an absolute let down. 4 kids were dying for pizza, and were left hungry for nearly an hour due to the poor service. Two thumbs down.

Theeee nicest gentleman is running the register right now! His customer service and good ole southern greetings “ma’’m & sir” will definitely make this pizza fam a returning customer and pass up the other caesers!Sadly I didn’t catch his name, he has medium brown hair (kinda a shag cut maybe?) and some tattoos on his hands/arms. He deserves a nice HOT N READY w/ Stuffed crust Christmas Bonus!!

My partner and I have been going to this Little Caesars for a bit over a year. Up until recently, it was really good. The pizzas were cooked well and everything was reasonably fast when we would pick up.The last three times, we've gotten sick after eating there. The most recent being last night - we got a pepperoni with stuffed crust and a classic cheese and bread sticks. Everything tastes fine at the time, but we've been sick all day. This was the only thing we ate yesterday.(Also, I know, why would you go back 3x times; we're forgetful, and chalked it up to outside ailments. We put the cause together after last night).The wait times have also gotten worse, and the store (which is incredibly small) is always packed.The customer service has always been alright, but after getting sick like this, I doubt we'll be back ??♀️

Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery on the Little Caesers app. Only 4 got delivered. Called the store and after 10 minutes finally talked to someone who said they forgot to give one of the pizzas to the driver. They told me to come pick it up myself or call DoorDash to have them send a driver. I didn't order via DoorDash, I ordered via Little Caesers. They said they couldn't do anything about it but if I called DoorDash they would send a driver back.I called DoorDash and they said they couldn't send a driver back.Wasted an hour calling Little Caesers and DoorDash.Little Caesers doesn't care. They made it clear it wasn't their problem to solve, even though they admitted they didn't give all 5 pizzas to the driver.They said they were too busy helping other customers to help me. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Placed an order for delivery, about 45 minutes later the app said the driver was still waiting for the order. After patiently waiting over an hour, finally contacted the store the check the status. They stated another driver picked up the order and that our previous driver cancelled. Ultimately never received our order and they refused to redeliver, only offered a refund. Extremely poor service
Ordered online and my husband picked it up from the machine lock box and got home and the order was wrong. Super irritated.

Ordered delivery twice from them this year. First time they lost our order and we had to wait an hour and a half for a new order to be made. 2nd time the pizza was quicker, but they forgot toppings, didn’t cut the pizza at all and forgot our drink. Calling the store does no good because they don’t answer. I’m done with this place.

DO NOT, order online from this location. This is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience. Ordered through the app for a large pizza, breadsticks, and sauce. Placed at 5:15pm for a pickup time for 6:45pm-6:50pm. Simple order with plenty of time right? Apparently NOT! Arrived at the location at 6:55pm and the app showed "still in the oven" hmm okay, shouldn't be much longer right? WRONG! Not until 7:30pm I walk inside to check on my order & come to find out, it was never even started despite what was listed on the app! Complete waste of time...had my order canceled & refunded. Total disappointment & I won't be revisiting this location ever in the future.

Pizza night for the kiddos?Hot 'n ready is the way to go! Sadly, for the workers who are doing their best to keep up, play-off has left most businesses short staffed and the near 100 degrees temps doing help in this business.They still managed to keep it moving and interacted pleasantly if you take the time to be pleasant with them.
