The pho was mediocre. It was greasy and not very flavorful (although the usual toppings ameliorated this somewhat). The "ribeye" was very obviously round steak - not sure why they wouldn't be honest about this? I've had better for cheaper in the valley alone. If this is the best pho you've ever had, I feel sorry for you. I'm not saying it isn't passable, but it's not where I would choose to eat.The quantity of meat in the rice bowl was disappointing. I can't speak to the banh mi.

One thing I have always had no respect for is the lack of respect an eatery will give anyone that walks through their door. If they do not like there job or what they do, then please go away. My wife and I use to live in Midvale, the Oh Mai in Midvale not only had great food, but the staff were always very polite and kind. Living in Lehi now, I saw this place so we walked in............ drum roll please ........ crickets........ Not a word, no one even looked up to even acknowledge we walked in, we stood by the order station, and again not one of the 3 people said a word, no hello be right with you, no smile, just look down maybe they will go away..... lol ...... we did just that, we left. We went to the Arctic Circle a few doors down (Spent $43.00 on food a stuffed animals for our children)... what a special treat that was we were actually blessed to not have to be disrespected by the staff at Oh Mai, and found a GREAT! new place to eat.

20240208: We were a group of 5. Three of us had sandwiches, one had a salad, and one had soup. We were all pleased. The veggies were fresh, the baguette bread crust was crispy and hollowed out so that it wasn't too much bread. There could have been a bit more meat.

Delicious! I have loved everything so far, but my favorites are the honey glazed pork Banh mi, garlic ribeye Banh mi, honey glazed pork vermicelli noodle salad, and the pho. Workers are super friendly, service is quick, and they have a great loyalty program that frequently sends discounts and rewards. Highly recommend!
