After work, I stopped by to pickup food for the family before I went home. Waiting in line to order was a little outrageous, one person in front of me. After they got done ordering, a huge list of online orders popped up. They made sure to get the online orders done. 3 people asked me what my order was, but since they were so busy filling the online orders no one actually took my order until the online orders were fulfilled. After spending about 50$ half of the food was inedible, the rice was not done it was hard and grainy. Since I’m home I don’t want to go back to complain an get actual cooked rice. I’ll probably just cook my kids some rice or something else. Even though I just bought food from you guys. Pretty ridiculous!

Very poorly ran- they should be prepared instead of waiting for a customer to ask for something and then saying they can “put it down” and it would be ready in 10 minutes. If you can’t run an efficient restaurant, figure out something else to do with your life

Is it normal for panda to start cleaning up an hour before they close and have little to no service? Or food? Wouldn’t bother me so much if they weren’t cleaning and cooking in the same area, aka spraying cleaning supplies over the cooking area while they were cooking up so fresh orange chicken for 10 people waiting in line.Feel like they need a health inspector in here or a new management

This Panda Express location is pretty good. Everytime I go in and order food they seem to have everything fresh, the food is stocked up (so no wait time) and the customer service is amazing! I love how the coworkers are always so helpful and seem to be happy and actually smile at the customers. Great customer service! Now I have noticed the food portions that they give are rather small compared to other Panda Express locations. BUT I am a person who prefers quality over quantity. So I'm willing to overlook it. The lobby is clean inside Everytime I go in but man.. is it freaking cold. Even in the Summer time. Especially in the winter! I've noticed its always empty inside and nobody is eating inside which makes me think that might be one of the reasons. Because it's so cold to the point where it makes it unbearable to be in there. That's the only thing I will say. Everything else is good ? so would I recommend this place? 100% yes! Go.. give it a try don't expect big portions but you'll definitely get a yummy flavorful meal. And if your dining inside make sure to bring a puffy jacket or sweater lol.

I wish these guys would just keep string bean chicken available when I come. 90% the time I come I need to ask for it. And when I ask for it I notice when I go to leave but it's already almost empty because everyone else also likes string bean chicken! Also drink COVID, they really shut things down where most other restaurants were opened up.

I love Panda Express. However most locations taste terrible! I’m not sure what they’ve changed. Draper location saved my love for Panda. We ordered there tonight and they nailed it! It was so good! Keep it up Draper Panda!!

we went in at 9:45 (they close at 10:30) and they had about 4 entree options for us to choose from because they just didn't want to make more entrees. horrible business operations if you ask me.
