I didn't look at the reviews for this location until after I had already placed the order, so I was very nervous about reading the reviews while.i waited for my order to be fulfilled. I am not sure if they had a good day or if they've actually taken corrective measures to turn the place around, but I cam say I had a positive experience. Staff was friendly, food was very good and the store seemed clean enough. This was takeout though so I can't speak for delivery.

Draper location! I use to love ordering here. Always fast. But tonight it did say longer wait time for Delivery but 1 hour and 40 minutes!!!! No that's not okay. I had to call twice. Once someone answered and Immediately put me on hold. I called back to Cancel my order. Will never order here again!

It’s was very crazy when I got there seeing how it’s pie day. Regardless of the wait they worked hard and and provided the best pizza I have ever had. I was impressed at how well they handled a stressful situation.

What’s the point of giving an option to order ahead if those orders take longer than someone who just walked in to order? Ridiculous. Those that planned ahead should be done when scheduled… it’s called time and business management…

I'll preface this by saying that I love Papa John's. We are regulars, but the quality at this location has definitely been lacking. Our pizzas are always cut wacky, which we can handle but is kind of annoying. But the ingredients are often all disproportionate which, you know, affects the taste of pizza. Tonight we received breadsticks with cheese on one half, a bunch of cheese pooled in the middle, and mostly bubbles on the other side. Our pizza was smaller but put in a medium box. We love you, Papa John's. Please just take a little more time to make the best of your delicious pizza.

The has to be the worst “Papa Johns; no, THE WORST “pizza establishment” on the planet. The store is absolutely filthy, the pizza they serve is VILE and the customer service abhorrent. Why hasn’t this location been closed down yet? The two pizzas I ordered recently looked like they crawled out of the dumpster and ran across the bathroom 5 times over. What in the holy hell is going on at this location? Someone please call the health department. I had to throw everything away because it was so ungodly. See attached photos. Also, I would like a refund….as if that would ever happen. Seriously though, just bulldoze this establishment to the ground and start over. The franchise owner should be ashamed You clearly know nothing about running a proper food business.DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. You’ll be most likely be poisoned like I was.???????☠️☠️☠️

Don't bother! I ordered on the phone and the person had a very soft voice but repeated my order back to me correctly. I told him my grandson would be coming to pick it up and told him his name. My grandson came back with an order for someone with a completely different name. I called the store several times but they were not picking up. My grandson went back to the store and they were very unhelpful telling him we must have ordered from a different store and refusing to look for our order. I had to text him a copy of the payment on my card. They finally found the pizzas and he brought them back. Cold by then. They were rude throughout and I will not go back.
I swear this place is going for the “Worst Papa Johns in existence” award.Half the time you don’t even get the delivery.It’s either four hours or it gets cancelled after waiting for hours.When it does arrive, their drivers just hammer the door down despite already tipping when you’ve paid.Food is most of the time, always cold.You can’t call to complain because no one answers the phone.Maybe this is a sign that I should really just cook more…

People who work here will not treat you good even as a customer, they either need to retrain or get fired and hire people who will not get mad for the simplest thing and learn some basic respect towards their peers and customers. Legit saw a man get mad over a dasher just because they didn’t have a pizza bag. I did door dash and I was never asked about this before when I’ve done it. This is unacceptable behavior from this man. Never come here again.

Messed my order up, left the bulk of my order off the delivery, and told me to come pick up the pizzas they forgot to give the driver. I asked for three new pizzas and they refused. The one pizza that made it to my place looked like it was somebody else’s order - old and stale.Worst experience with a food vendor in years.

Never go to this location, we ordered our pizza to be delivered at a certain time, because we were having friends over for dinner, we got our pizza almost an hour early, when I called the manager I was just told, “well you got your pizza, right?” Horrible customer service
