We ordered a meal through Postmates, then called the store to add to it, because Postmates debated an item when placed. They assured us we were good. Then after an HOUR of waiting, they canceled the order. Seriously? Why not just cancel when we're on the phone, instead of letting us wait and hour, in good faith. Highly DON'T recommend.

Had the classic DOUBLE smash and smash fries. Fries were average, but honesty it doesn't even matter because it's a deep fried potato.However...The burger... In my opinion...Statistically speaking, it's highly probable that Smash Burger makes the best fast food burger available today. The meat stunk of high quality, and was not overcooked... juicy but not too juicy where the burger was runny. The lettuce used was a green leaf NOT a hard or shredded cheap iceberg. They used a red onion which stylistically speaking is the proper higher end onion to use. I mean... just look at my picture.In all honesty... I should probably avoid this place in the future simply because I find myself wondering what time they open and what time they close... whenever that goes through my mind it's a good bet that I'm probably addicted.

Bad service, cashier didn't even seem to care about anybody's order and mixed up everybody else's order in the restaurant and took forever for us to get our food. Got a shake just to get it half way full ($6 btw), it was like 8oz and mostly milk not even ice cream. The burger on the other hand was tiny, I got the double which was $13 and both pattys combined would equate to a single patty, the burgers and shakes here used to be huge and you'd actually get your moneys worth but now the cost is higher with smaller portion size. Everything tasted good but not 18$ good for a burger and fry's (no drink). Youre getting your moneys worth more at McDonald's

Took family out for dinner. One person working front and back. Large gaps in time between taking orders. Did not get what I ordered. However, was not charged for it either. Food Meh!. Person working the front counter was working extremely hard but clearly needed another person to help out. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. I had the Black Bean burger so your experience may be much different regarding food taste. I'd recommend that they offer an Impossible Burger for those of us that do not (or cannot) eat meat. Not sure why they ask for a tip at the POS station before you find out you're going to have to wait 20 mins for fast food? Another Tip, just add fries to your hamburgers and offer combo meals. Much more simple for the person taking the order to not mess it up. Another tip. Let the customers pick up the food... if you're going to understaff the front of the store.Vegetarian options: Black Bean Burger, Meh.

We had a few mishaps in our dining experience tonight. Many of them could have happened to anyone and we were absolutely patient and kind about them. The major mishap that happened was my toddler’s chicken tender was still raw in the middle. It was a little bizarre that it wasn’t cooked all the way through because there were two other people in the restaurant at the time so it’s not like they were slammed… The server we talked to was nice about it and took the food back for us. Then the host brought the meal back out to us and didn’t apologize or anything. He just put the food down on the table. We weren’t expecting free food or anything, but a “Hey! Sorry this happened!” would have gone a long way. We are typically pretty understanding people so we just told ourselves that we didn’t get an apology because the host was a teenager/young adult. BUT THEN a few minutes later, the manager walked right past us. She didn’t say sorry for serving us raw chicken in her store or even look at us. It was honestly kind of upsetting. We hardly ever go out to eat since we have young kids, and this experience did not convince us that we are missing out on much.

I paid $55 for 4 burgers and three fries. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes before it was ready. I received my order 40 minutes later with completely soggy fries. It seems that they put my order on hold to serve three or four doordash orders before mine. In store service seems to be less valued nowadays than doordash.

I enjoy Smashburger. The burgers are always pretty tasty and I LOVE the smash fries. The rosemary, garlic, olive oil they toss them in is delicious.
I came in with my husband for a quick bite, and there was only 1 guy doing anything. Taking orders AND cooking the food. 5 stars for the poor guy and the food, he got it out super fast, but that's ridiculous. Wade was amazing
