This swig has great customer service, smiling staff and delicious drinks, however they consistently mess up my order. I would say that 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone there, something is wrong with my drink. The line is always much too long to wait through again. Overall the store is pretty good, but definitely they need to work on order accuracy.

Everyone’s pretty friendly which is always nice, my personal favorite is the Allstar which is a blended reviver. The reviver is an energy drink so I asked the girl taking my order how much caffeine was in a reviver, because I got curious. She said she didn’t know but didn’t make any move to try and find out. I feel like the workers should know how much caffeine is in an energy drink based beverage. Good drink tho, wish I could figure out how much caffeine I’m consuming tho

I live swig. Since they are the og soda shop I really feel like they have mastered their recipes. They are very consistent and I never regret going there. However, this location is consistently slow and the staff are not happy about working. They always seem to have a little bit of an attitude and cranky.

delivery drivers, do not pick up orders from this location, and possibly from other swig locations. they refuse to let you pick up orders inside. you have to go through the drive-thru and that will add an extra 10 to 15 minutes to your drive time.
