The pho broth here is great! The portion is a little small for Pho, but other than that, the flavors are vibrant and delicious.

Ordered 2 banh mi sandwiches and was disappointed with what I got. The bread was bad, extremely small portions for the cost ($22 for 2), and the flavors were non existent.I cannot speak to the rest of the menu, but if you're looking for banh mi, I highly recommend trying somewhere else.Redeeming qualities: The staff was nice and quick to prepare the order, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, the sweet potato fries and provided sauce that were served alongside were great.

This location used to be Cafe Trang, which used to have fairly decent vegan options. They’re now doing business as Vietopia Bistro and they now have zero vegan options except for a single appetizer (tofu spring roll). They state they can make their tofu fried rice vegan but when they brought it out it contained egg. They took it away and remade it for us, only to charge us $25 for it.Be forewarned, the tofu bahn mi is NOT vegan, they use fish/shellfish sauce and traditional aioli. Their tofu and veggie pho both use beef broth. Nowhere in the menus is this pointed out, you have to ask.Should the include explicitly vegan options like vegan pho, a substitute for the sauces in the Bahn Mi, etc, then I’ll be back.Offering vegan options is not difficult, see Oh Mai in South Jordan as a perfect example of offered options.

Asked if they have anything vegan. Guy at counter said only tofu rolls and tofu fried rice. They served tofu fried rice with egg in it. Not much of vegan options. Taste wasn’t good. This is absolutely no place for vegan people.

I feel so bad for the people working here. They were perfect, but the bread in our bahn mi was so stale and there was nothing in it. They also got our order wrong. There were two people working in the restaurant on a Friday night at 6-7pm. The worst Vietnamese food I've ever had.

We love the Pho here! Our fav is the Veggie Pho with tofu and Rare beef. The crispy egg roll is a great appetizer paired with sriracha!

I recommend that you try it because it is good to know different foods and culture, I only ate the orange chicken and it was good, but it is not my thing, my cousin ate a soup and said it was very delicious. The place is very nice and clean and the waitress very friendly.Parking: many positions

Had the Pork Sandwich, which was served with Sweet Potatoe Fries. The food was excellent, and my server, Ricardo, was very polite. The atmosphere was very calming and comfortable. My food came to me quickly, and was crafted wonderfully. Great price, great service, excellent quality!
