Wendy’s has good baked potatoes and the 4 for 4 is still a top tier fast food deal. They mess up your order every now and then. And you’ll feel like you just had cheap fast food. But it’s a good option, affordable, and overall an alright choice.

I am so disappointed. First on the drive through board it has under biggie deals. So I asked if that just means the crispy chicken BLT was just a cheaper specialty sandwich or if it was a meal like the options under it (4 for $4 and biggie meal). They kept telling me about a different sandwich. But I was just wondering about that one sandwich. I’m 7 months pregnant with twins, haven’t really eaten all day and just really wanted a crispy chicken BLT. So finally get an answer and order one with a small fry. I was in a hurry so I made sure there was a sandwich in the bag and fries and headed back to work. I get to work and they gave me a freaking burger. And literally just a paddy in buns with ketchup. Nothing else. and the fry. I burst into tears. But ate it because I had no time to get anything else and I needed to eat. Times before I have to ask them to give me the rest of my food because they’ll only hand me half my order. So be sure to check your food thoroughly before leaving.

this wendy's is the worst. every time we have gone they always take so long. they also say that their frosty machines aren't working a lot of the time. we went at 9pm (mind you they close at 11) and they said that their frosty machines weren't up and running.. i will never go to this wendy's again. i would rather drive five minutes out of my way then ever return.

Classic Wendy's/fast food experience. The service was pretty quick, the food was good, and I like how they have such a big drink selection! I shoulda got my fries well done... but, that's on me. Well done Wendy's... well done!

This Wendy's has horrible service. The team members there act like they hate their job, and they are always saying they are either out of something bc closing time is soon, or they close 30 minutes early. I drive further from my house to go to a different one with better service.

Waited 20 minutes at the curbside pre order pickup. Should have just done the drive through.Update: then they COMPLETELY messed up the order by forgetting half of it, so I had to drive back and ask for it. All in all, it took over an hour to get a simple fast food meal. Never going back.
We love Wendy’s, but did not have a great experience at this location. We ordered on the mobile app, waited 20 minutes in the car once we let them know we were there, had to call to see where our food was. Got home and half our order was missing! We ordered two 4 for $4s with a side of nuggets, and they gave us our nuggets and a burger. Called to let them know we were missing our fries, burger, frosties, and sauces and they told us they don’t have delivery and would have to drive back to pick up what they missed. They did throw in an extra item for us which was nice. A huge inconvenience for fast food, hopefully it was a one time thing!

PATRON BEWARE: Worst Wendy’s experience of all time. “Hi I’ll be right with you” and the I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. I was trapped with someone behind me, so I couldn’t back up after the first ten minutes. There were only 4 cars in front of me. Owners of this establishment PLEASE ADVISE! Whoever staffed the night shift at 7PM Thursday May 6 needs to be trained... please. Unacceptable wait for a biggie combo that comes out cold after 30 minutes. The staff apologized with an extra thing of fries, I’m grateful for that acknowledgement of a terrible experience, but more cold fries doesn’t solve the problem of horrendous time management. Not giving a one star, because they apologized and at least my order was correct, but unfortunately, I will never return to this location.UPDATE: I just adjusted my rating down to a one star, because I just read other reviews over the last few weeks of other customers who had the exact same experience as me of sitting for 10 minutes at the speaker. If the owner didn’t care enough to fix the problem days ago, that’s a reflection of poor top down leadership, and that ultimately this feedback is probably not going to be reviewed or the effort made to fix the problem.

Literally giving 1 star only because I cant give 0. I went to pick up a doordash delivery tonight. Sat in the drive thru for almost 20 min before the store even closed. Was told they'd be right with me. After waiting at the speaker for 15 min I drove to the window where I was ignore for 5 more before someone came and told me they were closed. I explained to her i was her for a doordash order that should already be completed. And was told she was closed for the night and there was nothing they could do and to just cancel the order. So now in out half the pay for that delivery... and extremely late picking up my next order as well. They obviously do not care enough about their customers to to their jobs.
