I’ve been a few times since they’ve opened and each time they are pretty fast, haven’t messed up an order, and the food is good! Don’t know what else you’d want from a fast food place. Also, the manager is always nice which makes it a better than average experience.

I was really happy to have a Wendy’s near my home… But I have consistently been disappointed I repeatedly ask for certain condiments, including lots of chili sauce, ketchup …When they hand me my food, after they’ve taken my payment, I Ask again “is there lots of chili sauce”. I”s there ketchup…”They always say yes. I’ve now been there 10 times and nine times they have failed to Meet my very minimal expectations.! Your job consist of putting something in a bag and you continue to fail. I will never go there again.

Came here with hungry kids.I ordered: A combo meal, A second combo meal, an individual burger, a kid's mealThe food delivered: A combo meal, A second combo meal, a kid's meal.Notably missing: An entire ~$9 Burger. Any straws. Any ketchup for the kid's meal (despite requesting it.)Due to circumstances, and the (ordinarily forgivable) delay preparing the food, we had to drive away before verifying the contents. This was a lot of mistakes for a single order. I cannot recommend anyone visit this Wendys. I'll pay a visit back in 7 years if it's still around and re-evaluate.

I just did the drive up at our new Wendy's at 13800 South in Draper. I tried and tried to get my app to work. It cook one of the items I wanted to order, it wouldn't let my load my CC and the second item that was on sale, a $2 dollar Dave's Double wouldn't load for me to buy. I asked the window person and they offered $2 off the order. Crazy!!

Came to the drive thru to get food on my way home from working late and was told my card was declined before I had a chance to try and pay. Didn't tell me a total or ask for another card or any form of payment for that matter. Just told me my order was declined and said to come back another time..... spoiler alert !! ⚠️ ... I won't be coming back.

Its Wendy's... food tasted okay nothing special. I was infuriated at first because they charged me double to my card. But I went back and they gave me the money back very quickly! I will take off a star though because they shouldn't have charged me

The fact that there is a Wendy's in Draper is great. I had to go to the location on about 13800 S Redwood Rd prior to this one being built.The establishment is clean and the whole staff is nice. Leann is great and is a very hard worker which her staff see and they follow her work ethic. Some of the staff are new but we were all new at our jobs at one time and they are always doing the best they can to make sure we are all taken care of. Thanks for all you guys do.
All the employees are super friendly and everyone customer I saw them interacting with at the counter and drive-thru they were very cordial. Leann the shift Manager/Supervisor is an extremely hard worker along with the whole team. That location is very busy and they always do their best to make sure we are all taken care of in a reasonable time and making sure our order is accurate. Thanks Leann/Echo your team is the best.

Great experience tonight at the new Wendy’s by the Harmon’s in Draper. Hadn’t ordered in years from Wendy’s and Leeann really went out of her way to help us figure out what to order. Great customer service, good food, we’ll be back!!!
