Service was excellent. Wish we'd looked at the pizzas and crazy bread before leaving, though. (Our son had to use the bathroom, so we were in a hurry.)The crazy bread was hard, almost completely raw dough, only slightly risen. All three orders were this way.The fanceroni pepperoni (two orders) had only 40 pepperoni on them. They're supposed to have over 100. See the picture of what we got, vs what they're supposed to look like.Pretty disappointed. They're new - I hope they get the bugs worked out. We'll continue going to the Saratoga Springs location in the meantime.Update: eight months later, we decided to give them another try. And again, we were disappointed. Then fanceroni is horrendous at this location. Almost no pepperoni on it at all!!

Absolutely terrible service! I placed an online order for pick up, I received notification that my order was ready, and I show up to pick the order up at 2:05. There was a truck in front of me is placing an order in the drive-through. Instead of giving him a puck and having him pull through he sits there and waits for 25 minutes, you all work so efficiently! I even called and talked with the manager because I got tired of waiting she said I’ll have him pull forward. They never did. They waited until his order was ready. Then when I pull forward they just hand me my food they don’t ask me if I need anything else or anything they close the windows and stare at me. Your management and process is a joke! This is not the first time I’ve had terrible service at this location. On top of it I get home and all the food is cold and the pizza was undercooked

The wait time is always over 30 minutes and the pizza is always the worst quality. It's either too flat, burnt, or not cooked all the way. No consistancy and the works less can not keep up with the demand. Not coming here again.

Ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza. When I got it home it looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered. It was not cooked and not cut at all so when I pulled a piece all the toppings came off. I do like the crunchy pepperonis, the only highlight. The new puffs are tasty however so I gave this review a two star.1st picture what they advertised on the app.2nd is what I got.

Great team here doing great work. They do have some rough days but they work through it as hard as they can and put out the best service possible.
Was told it’ll be a 15 min wait for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads. Ended up being 1.5hr wait. Then was given the wrong pizzas. Then had to wait another 30 for the right pizzas. Not going again!

The biggest problem with this restaurant is the wait times. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza crazy style it took over 20 minutes to get it. And the biggest problem I have with that is that there were a whole bunch of people in drive-through and in the building Who were also waiting so, who is getting served and holding up the whole line? Like the pizza is good for the cost but it seems like they’re out back slaughtering the pig just for the pepperoni, and that would be the only explanation I can find to explain for the excessive wait time.

Ordered a "hot and ready" cheese and pepperoni in the drive through at 12:10 and was told it would be 5 minutes. They gave me a buzzer. It didn't go off until 12:45. I was very upset. If I knew it would be that long I wouldn't have waited. I Wish they would have been honest about the time frame.
