I had ordered through the drive through earlier this morning and had ordered a Jr Cheeseburger with fries and a large lemonade. I got my food and (I should’ve checked everything in the bag before leaving so I take some fault for that) when I got back to my school I noticed I didn’t receive my burger. I didn’t have the time to come back and ask about it or else I would’ve been late to my next class. After school and my after school activities I came here to ask if I could possible get a refund, and I wasn’t given a receipt either but I had proof of transaction on my phone. I came in and was kindly greeted and told that they would get a manager for me.(I have nothing against the employees! They’re great!!) The manager came over and blankly told me he couldn’t give a refund because I never called. I never knew I was supposed to call? The manager kinda rude to me and said he’d just make me another burger. This was several hours later so I wasn’t hungry. Even if I knew I was supposed to call I couldn’t have because of being in school and rehearsal. I just kinda accepted it and just sat and waited for the burger. It’s now been 20+ minutes and I’m still waiting. They aren’t in a rush or anything right now. (I’ll probably get it sometime soon but this is bad on the management side)

Went through the drive thru. I haven't had a lot of great Wendy's experiences lately so I wad hesitant. The boy taking my order was friendly and had quick wit, and all our food was definitely fresh! Fries were just right amount of salt and crisp. $5 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger super affordable, filling, and so good last night!

The one star is because I'm very disappointed that Wendy's in Utah, so far as I have found, is NOT bringing the fish sandwich back! That's about the best fish sandwich out there. It's very disappointing seeing other states happy to have it. Variety is important. One gets tired of just burgers and chicken.

BY FAR the most efficient Wendy’s location I have ever been to. Our food was prepared quickly and correctly (which has been the opposite of other recent Wendy’s experiences), and the tables were clean. The food tasted very good too. You can tell the manager really takes pride in running the restaurant.The only downside was the ketchup in the packets had a weird chemical taste. That has nothing to do with the location, but the ketchup taste was weird enough that I ate my fries plain instead.We live close and will be back soon!

Came in on valentines night around 6pm. The two ladies in button up shirts were super nice to my family. Not sure how much they get paid but they deserve a raise! Haven’t had customer service like that at a food place in a really long time! They went above and beyond!

On hot days walking home from school, they've given me water cups to drink from out of pure kindness. The employees are always kind, and I love coming here for quick fast food."

We've all had Wendy's before so we know what to expect from the food, sometimes it's good and other times not so much but what makes this location stand out above the rest is the staff. We recently visited this location for some tasty quick dinner, and when I walked in after placing a mobile order I was immediately greeted at the front and told my food would be right out, our food was out in a matter of minutes and then they asked if there was anything else and I am glad they did because I forgot to ask for my free jr frosties so they made those for me immediately and I went on my way. Everyone Interacted with at this location was just so nice and I could tell they would go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of.

Done. They started off amazing!!! Could not say enough good about them. Then, slowly, problems. Food missing. Told to come back after the fact. Food wrong. Had to show the receipt to "prove", which is fine. Today, wrong sandwich for one meal, then all 5 hamburgers were under cooked. Yuck. So meal ruined. Last time fries were missing. Time before, nuggets. Not worth it. And their prices are shocking. Wished there were places for pictures of yuck pink hamburgers.

This Wendys has it down, they are quick, super friendly and its refreshing to see management and its employee's care about their business. The neighbors across the way could learn something from them (I'm talking to you Taco Bell) Thank you Wendy's for being there when I want a quick burger or nuggets, being friendly and taking pride in the way you work and present your food.
