Fifteen years ago we ate an evening meal at the Snow Dragon while on a journey through the Southwest. Only a few specific memories remain, but one of the best is of a conversation with the owner’s son who was our waiter, a fine young man. After conversing about a number of subjects, I suggested that he must be Latter Day Saint because of the location. He said, “of course not, I am Buddhist.” We laughed heartily about that. Vegetable Chicken and Kung Pao dishes are fantastically delicious. Some of the fried dishes not as much, but overall great value for what you pay for. We wish they'd allow dinning in but they claim being short-staffed. Are there no wiling college kids? Grateful they are located here in the community as they are a wonderful option from the standard fast food.

There food is excellent! Service is good if they let you in. But I hate how they only do dine in certain hours. I got there 15 minutes before they closed there dine in, and they wouldn't let me.
