So happy I stopped here!!! My family and I were just passing through Ephraim and decided to stop here for breakfast. This cafe did not disappoint! The food was so good and if you don't get the beignets then you will certainly be missing out!
50 minutes to get 2 easy sandwiches. The place not real busy. 4 waiting staff just standing. There are waiting staff staff standing every time I go in. Put them to work making my food!

Major bummer. Picking up the kid from FSY and really needing a good breakfast. Perk is not an easy place to find. No sign. We parked and found the door locked. 9:30 AM on a Saturday morning and no dice. We moved farther down the road to get our bellies full.
