Usually, it is pretty good, but there were some things with our last order that we were not impressed with. First off, they have the option for Curbside pick up, but they don't actually do that at this location, so you could be sitting in your car waiting for them to bring you food and you'd be there forever. In a pinch, this is a good, casual, fast but healthy-ish spot. They have a decent assortment of soups, salads and sandwiches for take out or a quick stop. My gripe about this locale is that it was dirty. When we walked in there were at least 7 unbussed tables. There were dishes and trash piled on different tables. Another patron bussed a table then got a rag to wipe the seats and table down.

It's a Zupas. The soup was cold by the time we got it, because the cashier messed up and charged my friend for my meal. It took them nearly 10 minutes to figure it out. They didn't even try to apologize or give us a free drink... Not that I wanted a drink, but it would have been nice to have them respect that she took up a third of my lunch time. I like Zupas, but don't know that I want to come back unless someone invites me. Makes be sad they didn't treat customers well
