Their website and Google listed them as open. The website allowed me to place an online order. Once I got here, the doors were locked and no one here. This is no way to run a business.
I placed an order online for a 6pm pickup. I called at 5pm and asked if I could pick it up at 5:30pm. I was told yes, they’d have it ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and my order hadn’t been started yet. Those working said they couldn’t figure out how to reschedule the pickup time in their system. They said it would be ready in 10 mins. I ordered 1 pizza for delivery and the confirmation email gave an estimated time of 29 minutes. 2 hours later I still hadn’t gotten my pizza. I called the store and they said they gave my order to a DoorDasher because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it and they didn’t know where it was. Very frustrating
