Review per name Vietopia Bistro. I think it is a play on word for utopia but my experience did not sent me to utopia.Mango smoothie is made from powder you can buy from Asian store. It has that distinct taste to it. I have one at home. I was hoping that it was fresh per their name Bistro. There was a chunk of ice in my smoothie. That was off putting. The spring roll is bland, out of ratio - pork-noodle-shrimp-lettuce = 1:7:1:1. The lettuce was shredded, barely there. Tons of noodles. Does not look like the picture in the menu. The rice paper was not bound tight. The peanut sauce is okay. Filling, bland, and dries your mouth. The server forgot to send this first. I had to ask them after I was half way done with my pho.I wanted to like the pho. I ordered their P13 which should be their signature pho. The brisket was tough and cut in squares. I did not see any fatty flank. Very little tripe and tendon. The meatballs were small and not the ones made for pho. You would know if you've had as many as I have. The noodle seemed off. Definitely not freshly boiled as the whole group of noodles lifted up with my fork. Like it was one solid noodle. Their chili oil is 5/5.Take note chef. I'd like to try again.

Food was good, Soup had a lot of flavor, Chicken Fried Rice was missing a little bit of flavor, it took 45 min to get our food because of low staffing and one new trainee training. Understandable, Pho soup are big enough to share for two people. Atmosphere, the energy was good love the low dark interior setting. Overall pretty good!?

First visit. There were a lot of menu choices but as we looked around it seemed that huge bowls of soup were on every table. From website: "Our extensive menu features a range of authentic dishes, from our famous Pho noodle soup (Phở) to our mouth-watering Banh Mi sandwiches (Bánh Mì), Rice Platter (Cơm Phần) and a variety of delicious vermicelli bowls (Bún)" We ordered 5A Potstickers with very good dipping sauce. Husband ordered 43R Vietnamese Hot and Spicy Beef Noodle that was spicy. I ordered 16P Brisket Pho. Both entrees were very good and filling. Mine had so much noodle that I didn't find the many slices of brisket -- felt like a joke on me -- until I poured the soup out into a to-go container. We came here looking for clay pot entrees that we thought traditional Vietnamese food meant. We found in addition to the Vietnamese dishes what we would consider Chinese dishes (fried rice, lo mein, potstickers) as their menu truly is extensive.

Very nice little eatery. Pork was tender and juicy. And the Milk tea was excellent. Will definitely be back. Only downside is no close parking, but it is a lovely walk through Station Park. Good place for date night.

The soup was amazing. Rare to find so many noodles and meat in the soup, and the side of herbs and beans was perfect. The pot stickers are also great. One of my favorite places I've tried. Highly recommend.

They were accommodating for our bigger party. The food was fresh, but very sweet. The Bobas are not made with real fruit and we're very sugary.Their pho was good, and the appetizers were good too. They forgot my sister's meal of chicken and rice, and when we asked two times, they said they were out of rice. This was after everyone had pretty much finished their meal.

Best pho and pad Thai I've had! This is one of my favorite places. It's almost an hour drive but worth it!

We’ve tried phó so many different places, Vietopia is among the best. I haven’t seen better flavor or value out there. The vermicelli bowls and ban mi sandwiches are also top notch. They don’t give us the evil eye for coming in with kids.

We ordered delivery, only 1 broth came. One appetizer was correct, the second was wrong. They didn’t answer the phone.

Not the best Vietnamese food I've had. Their fish sauce was pretty dull, but luckily the egg rolls were still good without that tangy taste. Spring rolls barely had meat, which is crazy since it's 2 for almost $6. Pho was decent, I got the filet mignon pho. My boba wasn't good, the texture was weird, not soft and chewy.. instead it just fell apart in my mouth like a little rubber ball. Considering all the cons we experienced, we won't be back, which sucks since this place looks so bougie.

SPARTA CUZ!!!

Look at your FOOD and WATER carefully before consuming...it's a shame it looks good but far from it...today was my first and sadly the last...waiter poured out the water into glass cups and i immediately noticed stuff sinking to the bottom I looked over at my wife's and noticed the same so I pushed them to the side at the same time starting to wonder about everything else so we got egg rolls for starters egg rolls came out and i broke 1 of them in half just to be sure...nothing...not very appetizing but didn't find anything wrong with it...my wife on the other hand says what the hell is this to the 1 she broke in half and started pulling out what looked like a long piece of lint anyways besides not having enough noodles in the pho to balance out the amount of broth they were also over cooked...it's a no from me but I'm not stopping youKid-friendliness: The waiter was nice to my kids and kept checking up on us
