Sitting here in the drive through and they are taking forever. The food is always old as well and never fresh. I use to love Arby's, but now they are just bad. It takes 12 years for something simple and the food is no longer any good. I would recommend any other restaurant around the area besides them. They also got our order wrong.
I went through the drive through, I waited for about 10 minutes. I just wanted a shake. No one would answer me, and when I decided I couldn't wait any longer cause I have a doctor's appointment. There was a car at their window! Yet they're not going to speak with me.

Update to my review, This is hands down the best location I have ever visited. Food is fresh, staff is amazing! If they get your order wrong, which is rare, they are amazing at making it right. The only time I have seen someone have a bad experience here is when they are just being unreasonable in their behavior or expectations.
