Went in the morning, ordered a sausage mcfuffin with egg, and a coke. I only got a sausage mcmuffin. I called, and they will do NOTHING to rectify the problem. I will NOT go back!

Terrible customer service from the lady in the blue shirt on night shift tonight 3/14/24 she kept interrupting me and sounded so rude and was basically yelling I was trying to do a door dash and the order was taken by someone else and I was just trying to figure out what to do and was trying to talk to them and she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak then yelled NO we don’t remake orders the customer always payed it is not my fault you guys gave the order to someone else be better please

Last night they forgot two big macs from our order that we didnt realize till we got home. So we drove back to get them. They manager was rude, rolled her eyes, argued with me that they were in the bag, threw my receipt away, and shoved my burgers at me then closed the window. Why would I drive out of my way, spend more money in gas than the burgers cost, just to lie about that? Come on now, that was my friends dinner. So I was going to make sure she was fed. Horrible interaction with staff.

I think I could have tilled a piece of ground, prepped it, planted potatoes, grown them, harvested things, then made french fries in the time that it took them to make our fries. Literally, that's all I ordered. Waited forever!

Ordered 3 hash browns and only got 1!? Seriously!? They up’d the price so much on them and now they don’t even give you the hash brown. Just stole $4 from me…nice. I expect a refund. How hard can it really be when the order says 3 hash browns and you think 3 means 1!? Now I get to go to work hungry…thanks for getting 1/3 of my order right….
Horrible service. Forgot about us after the drive thru person asked us to park. 15 mins later went in and requested refund and the manager was clueless. Told us they forgot about us. I get it, it’s McDonalds. But you would think someone would care about order accuracy, speed of service, and SSS. Avoid this place at all costs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER!!! MARY tried to start an argument with me about a cup holder she gave me one that was broken, as soon as I tried to give back the cup holder that had all four of my drinks she asked in the most irritating way possible "ugh what is he doing?!?!". They gave me small drink instead of a large. Then when i asked for a large drink they still wanted me to pay extra for it!! What?? Why?? When i already paid for a large. What ever happened to customer service??

I was having troubles with the app and a deal in the app (not the store's fault). I asked the lady at the register, expecting to be told, "oh well!". But she was very helpful and accommodating, and just gave me the deal. I was super impressed! She went above and beyond. This is how customer service should be!
