I ordered and paid on line using the BurgerKing App. That was so easy and helpful. Drove to the "drive-thru" after the allotted cooking time, and my food was promptly handed out the window to me. As I drove away I sensed something was not right. After pulling over and looking in the bag, I noticed I had the wrong order. I returned to the drive thru, told them the problem and then waited for the right order to be cooked and bagged. I will be back to this store, because I love their frame broiled Whoppers, but next time I'll double check the order before leaving the window

Ordered 2 jr bacon burritos and got sausage. Took 20 mins with one car ahead of me. Paid in cash and guy at window says currently out of change. This store needs help. Drive thru covered in ice as well.

The worst customer service ever. Food did not taste good and workers were goofing off and not helping the customers.

Staff does not take orders at the drive thru. At 6 pm the staff is inside the store and said through the drive thru speaker that the store is closed until 8 in the morning when they would start serving again.

I have never been treated so rudely when talking to the manager at Heber City Burger King when the order was not correct they would not answer the phone so we had to go through the long line of cars again. When I explained the problem , she told me it was not her problem I told her that as a manager she should should want the customer happy and she just kept saying over and over it was not her problem I asked for her supervisor contact number and she slammed the window in my face. She left me sitting there for over 20 minutes refusing to talk with me making all the other customers wait. She refused to give me the supervisor or owners phone number. Needless to said we will never go to the Burger King in Heber City Utah again and will will contact the district supervisor of Burger King here is Utah

Seem to have some staffing issues lately, but the two or three people who are there work super hard and get your order ready as fast as they can

Just bad bad service, and they do NOT care. I was just there. They got the order wrong at the drive thru, so I corrected them at the window. I paid more for the correct order. I paid the extra, and they gave me the original WRONG order. They just don't care. I've been there and BURGER kind didn't have any beef, just chicken. I've been there and was yelled at by someone behond the microphone that they weren't open because she was there alone. Look, it's fast food, I don't expect a lot, but holy moly. CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving

Talk about worst experience ever. First off they told us we had to order combo meals instead of what we wanted which was the 2-$4 breakfast sandwiches. Then when they give us our food our order was wrong. They gave us no hash browns or french toast sticks. Then when I drove up to the drive up window they acted all put out that they had to make our order right. There lobby is closed too which makes it near impossible to fix any problem. And no receipt so I had no way of proving what I paid for. Avoid this place like the plague. No one deserves to be treated the way we were.

Seems to be a declining store if the franchise. The staff were friendly enough but not up to par with the brand. The food is still meeting quality.
