I placed an online order pick up order that was getting picked up by a coworker driving 25 mins to get us food.. and although I selected the customize option they made the bowl neglecting that I asked for my sauce on the side (not the biggest deal so whatever on that one) but I asked for no cheese because I have medical issues when I have dairy/lactose where it can send me to the hospital from the pain and they added shredded cheese in too. Nothing I can pick out so here I am starving and they’re like o well we can refund you.. hell yea you’re going to refund me did you think that was not an option? What is the point of customizing if your employees aren’t paying attention?

Server gave the absolute smallest scoops I've ever gotten at Cafe Rio. I asked for hatch green chili and he gave me red sauce. Was not attentive at all. There were 4 other people in the entire restaurant. The garbages were overflowing.

I went to pick up my food. There. Was a missed item ir would have been obvious had they checked the order! I had to show them that it was missing ! I ordered Chips and Queso when I went to eat my food the food. The food was cold like it had been sitting there for quite a while. I picked it up at the appropriate time when it was supposed to be ready. When I told her the queso was missing she got the queso and scooped it in the cup, and when I went to open up the queso to eat it, the queso was cold. I don’t know how she did not recognize the queso was cold when she scooped it in the cup. The rice was crunchy. Everything was cold. I was really disappointed. Usually, I have a better experience eating here. I don’t know that I will go back again.

What’s going on with Cafe Rio this is the second time I make an order on the app and go pick it up only to open it when I get home and it has 5 pieces of steak in it. If I wanted a rice and bean burrito I would of ordered that, and there’s no way of knowing until you’re actually eating it , it’s not like you’re gonna open the whole burrito there to check it, do better.
It's okay. I ordered the sweet pork and it was spicy not sweet at all. The Cilantro was clearly taken straight from the package to the serving line. Stem and all.

This Cafe Rio is always soooo warm. Feels great walking in on a cold day. I have never had a poor experience at this location. Others may have, but I personally have not. Every time I order online, it is always there when I show up. They have tons of High School kids in there and always seem to keep the line going. I like this location. Deserves my business.
