This McDonalds is the only one in Wasatch County, we go there often for breakfast and or coffee. The staff has a huge problem with our request for cream and sugar for our coffee. Getting other condiment's is like pulling teeth. A second straw, sugar, napkins, creamer, salt and pepper often comes with horribly rude attitude. Rowling of the eyes and rude comments between employees are directed at customers. There is never any friendly greeting, no good morning, thank you or even a have a nice day. No matter how pleasant we the customers are towards the McDonalds employees, including the Managers the unfriendly and professional negative attitude plagues this McDonalds.

Worst Burgers ever the Buns were hard the meat tasted like it was sitting in grease all day! Old, old, old. The fries were also old clod and soggy! $39.00 only to toss the gross food! Our order wasn't even made correctly.

This McDonald’s in Heber has been reported to the state DOC for potential price gouging. State's Attorney General Is now investigating and they don’t even know. Their prices are way too high and more than your typical McDonald’s. Stay away from this location.

It was a little pricey or there by a few dollars and some McDonald's I'm not sure why it was modern inside which was different but nice the service worker didn't speak English and didn't know how to count money to give the right change you can refill your own drinks they have a kids area that the kids love to play and climb in bathrooms were clean It's a larger McDonald's drive-thru seem to be going well decent parkingParking: Workers should Park their cars out of the parking lot further back so more customer parkingKid-friendliness: Kids play area climbing

This McDonald’s is just like every other fast food restaurant in Heber with high turnover over of employees makes the food hit and miss and inconsistent but I would say you get good food 85% of the time . But for fast food it is good quick place to go .

service was bad except one girl talked to us for 2 seconds and was the only one with a smile on her face. The person ordering was bossy and didn’t ask what sauces, drinks or sizes that we wanted. We got to the window to pay and he tells us the total in a very annoyed voice. We had a pretty big order and we wanted to make sure we got everything so we asked him if he could read it off he sighed and read it out. The girl who gave us our food gave us our drinks we asked if we could have sauces and she looked ant us and walked away and ignored us. The last burgers were given to us by a new girl and she was the only one that looked happy at that job.
