I love this location but please stop under filling drinks! I got a grande and there was way more headspace than needed, even for whipped cream. $6 is a lot to spend on a drink that’s missing that much volume.Edit: I appreciate the reply but I go through the drive through on my way to work. I sometimes don’t have enough time to wait a second go through or go inside to fix the drink that I’m getting on my commute.

Terrible service, I asked for 3 drinks, both of them where done wrong and even when I asked for light ice they came full of ice. The flavor isn’t good either, too bitter and the drinks didn’t have cold foam even when I had to pay extra for them. Never coming back!

I went today and the guy who made my drink forgot to put whip cream on the top like I ordered it. I nicely let him know and so he took the cap off and put whip cream on it, which caused the overfilled cup to overflow with coffee and caramel. He put the cap back on and then motioned for me that the drink was done (it was sitting in a big puddle of coffee and the sides of the cup were all wet). I said "it's in a huge mess and I don't want to get all sticky" and he just said "there's napkins over there" and pointed to them. I spent almost $7 for a drink for this service. Horrible customer service and this is just one example from this location.

A weak pour over coffee. Not Happy.Was looking forward to a nice tall dark and strong pour over coffee-Starbucks Quality!But received a watered down weak one.It was nice that they did give me a shot of espresso on the house, but still didn't help.When you walk into a Starbucks anywhere, you expect nothing but the best, a premium hot cup of coffee.Too bad.

Walked in and the service was on point from the get go! We got served by lee and Troy! Lee made our drinks with excellence! Found out she's been there for only a month and the girl deserves a raise! And Troy had me laughing so hard! We bonded over being lactose and still having milk! By the end of the conversation I was laughing beyond ! Felt like a tight group of people!

I used a "sorry you got a bad service card" from another location ($4, one-time use card that you can't register. It's says it is right on the card) For my drink and point for a cake. The guy was kind but double charged me. The shift manager reversed it and recharged me when I should not have been charged. So they gave me another $4 card, even though they charged me over that much, owning me a balance.I'm not going to argue over a bit of change.BUT, I went for a refill of cold brew, and the new shift tried to charge me full price. I clarified its a refil, and the short blonde/grey haired girl just stared at me. I told her Starbucks gives a free refil for cold brew, iced, and hot coffees. Another person brought my drink up, and the cashier just kept staring and said "ok".They were also doing maintenance, installing shelves or something. I had to leave because the noise was insanely loud. How rude on both accounts.Train your staff better and do your services after hours when there aren't any customers.

Is very disappointed that we are paying $7 for a coffee and you get more foam then milk and it’s fill half way . Everytime i go there it’s always the same thing I work has a barista and see in this is very disappointed.

I'd like to say it's a good store, but it's as if they don't have a district manager. The majority of the barista's are..not happy. I don't need them to yell "welcome in", as soon as I open the door in that fake requirement they have, but maybe some simple courtesy. Also the coffee was old and they twice put the wrong milk in. Unfortunate as it's the only store in the valley. The location is somewhat drab as well, a lot of folks come through town in the summer. There is potential for a nice store here.
