I have been to this restaurant many times but the quality of service and food is very poor now. Their bacon burritos used to be good but now they are terrible. There are unsliced chunks of pork and big chunks of fat now. I will not go back. Beto's or Rancherito's are much better even if they are farther away.

Great service, the girl at the counter was really nice and made you feel welcome. The food was great too. I got rolled tacos with guacamole and my husband got the Aribertos burrito and said it's his new favorite. Their tacos are great too!

Ordered a shrimp burrito, added guacamolnie and sour cream, was charged extra, no sour cream, no guacamole. Asked the person taking orders, either she didn't understand English,,or she had had no idea what I was talking about. The burrito itself was lacking with shrimp. So,,very little shrimp, no sour cream, no guacamole at all. Also, asked for no rice, loaded with rice. Paid extra and nothing was correct.

Place used to be great but they have messed up our last several orders. Today’s order was missing my rice and beans and wasn’t even cooked. None of the cheese on top is melted and the inside is just raw cheese.
I have been coming to this “betos” style restaurant since they opened years ago. It being more of a fast food genre of Mexican should imply cheaper prices for mediocre food. I was fine with that fact for years. But recently this location started up charging their burritos to almost $10 when they are smaller than any other location, and apparently carne asada fries are $16 no when they are also smaller than other locations. This place is no longer worth going to with their prices. You mine as well go to an actual Mexican restaurant for what you will be paying here. Restaurant is turning into a scam. Don’t waste your money.

So my job it to make a decision, pay and tip you, check! Your job is to bag up my order, take my tip and put napkins in the bag.If you can’t remember to put napkins into the bag of a customer that going through your drive thru, you’re not earning your tip. If I order while in my car, there is a pretty good chance I’m eating in it.. Tonight no napkins and while my container is open, I had to move to reach “my” napkins the food fell on the floor.So thank you for trying but you did not earn your tip and YOU wasted my money and I don’t get dinner.
