I work in Salt Lake and I was at gallivan plaza when they had their food truck there.The ladies running it are so nice! But the food was amazing!! ? I've been craving it since. I'm thinking of driving down to Herriman just to eat it again.I love Hawaiian BBQ and these ladies have the best rice and some of the best meats. Try it. You won't regret it.
I honestly wasn't all that impressed with the Salty Pineapple. I went to their restaurant in Herriman and the food was just okay. Definitely not bad but not anything I'll remember in a month from now. Their ice cream machine was down (do they use the same one as McDonald's? ?). The piece of pineapple that came with the meal was the best part, it was fresh and delicious.

Literally will drive from the other side of the valley just to stop in here to eat! Absolutely no other pacific island food place compares. The pineapple jalapeño sauce is made in house and I could probably drink it if it was in a glass — yes it’s that good!
