Management took extra care of me when they didn’t have to go out of their way to do so. I was waiting for my to-go order when the manager offered me a free soda cup for my wait. I was very happy with my experience at costa Vida in Highland!

Their parking is always filled by employees so you can't park. When you order something without eans, they refuse to give you ANY MEAT, UNLESS YOU PAY TRIPLE, and then you might get a table spoon at most. Cafe-rio up the street has better service and fresher veggies, you pay more sure, but the food is better, unless your willing to drive out of your way to a different Costa Vida location, and even then, it's 50/50 if it's anhgood, but never consistent.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to Beans, love Mexican, sad life

I love Costa Vida, but I hate coming to this location. We've come here several times out of convenience, and I have it regretted every time. The drive-thru always takes forever to get through and when I pull up to the window they don't seem understaffed, just moving slowly. Even when there are only a few cars, it takes 15+ minutes to get to the window, and then another 5-10 to get your food. The food is good, but the service is terrible. I'll choose to go out of my way to go to another location from now on.Dietary restrictions: Good with gluten allergies
We found hair in not one but TWO of our meals. One would have been gross enough, but two makes you wonder how many hairs were eaten along the way. It’s extra disappointing since we have enjoyed eating at this location a lot in the past. It’s been almost a month and none of us have wanted to eat there ever since the hair experience. So disgusting and disappointing at the same time.
This costa vida location has the best quality food of any location we have visited. The manager obviously cares about the food quality at this location.
