Don’t bother unless you order online they don’t even acknowledge you

As a devout Italian pie lover, this is without a doubt and unequivocally the worst pizza experience I’ve ever encounter. The pizza I received was cold, and stale (see pictures attached) the cheese was hard and the sauce was dried. This pizza hadn’t been sitting out for a hours…it had to have been much longer than that. Given my choice, I’d reign down plagues and pestilences on this location—making the plagues god sent to Egypt in the Bible look like a kindergartens birthday party. If I would have eaten the pizza I received from this location, contracting a foodborne illness would have been the best possible outcome. As god as my witness I will never frequent this location again. I advise you to do the same.

Hot-N-Ready. Means, make it fast and sloppy.Toppings are only placed in the center, leaving the rest of it as dipping crust. My expectation of a Pizza, is toppings should cover the Entire Pizza!!

Just received my order from Uber eats from this location and this pizza is pathetic. There's barely any cheese and no sauce. It looks like they gave a half a handful of each topping and just threw it on top. Besides the fact that 40% of the pizza is crust because they didn't spread anything around. I guess that's one way for management to save on food cost.

Some of the laziest people work at this store. Poorly managed, constantly messing up on BLATANT instructions. I would let it slide if they were busy, but I was the only person in there, and they messed up my pizza, twice, in front of me. Get pizza from here if you want, but it would be faster to go to Domino's across the street.

I have never had a more horrible customer experience. I spent $40 on old, crunchy pizzas and didn’t notice until I got home. The pizza was extremely dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting there overnight. It was cold and hard and the cheese was super dry. My breadsticks were also undercooked and super doughy. I have worked in the food industry and I understand mistakes are made but that’s where correction and customer service comes in. I called in to the store to tell them I was dissatisfied with my pizzas and the girl on the phone told me if I came back into the store she would give me a new pizza. Not only did I drive all the way back to the store but I also brought my full pizza in as proof that is was not what i paid for. I walked in and the girl at the register was very kind to me but then she got called to the back and this extremely rude man came to the front. He yelled at me, told me I was a liar, and told me that he would not help me. I tried to calmly explain my concerns and showed him the pizza and he continued to be extremely rude with no sense of decency. Again I’ve worked multiple jobs in the food industry and i understand it’s frustrating to have to remake something but in all the places I’ve worked, customer service has always been top priority. He made a complete scene and when I asked for his name and the company number he refused to give it to me. He finally handed me this greasy crumpled up paper with words on it that I didn’t understand nor ask for and wouldn’t give me any more information. He then went to the back and ignored me. I’m frustrated that I drove all the way back after I was promised a new pizza just to be treated so horribly. He claims he is the manager and if he really is I’m truly in complete shock and disappointment that a company would ever let someone so disrespectful and arrogant run the store. The man had nose rings with brown hair and facial hair. I won’t ever be coming back.

Messed up on a simple order. Took 15 minutes longer than the ETA indicated by the app and then the pizza was cold (clearly it sat on a counter for 20 minutes). Several of the items were undercooked and the Italian Cheese Bread had no Italian seasoning. When there are this many problems you know there’s been a complete break down in training and management.

Went in to buy pizza and speakers were blasting explicit music and the lady could barely hear me order the pizza. At least the food is good.

These kids attempted to tell me they were about to close at 3:30pm that is why there wasn't any pizza or bread sticks ready or being made. I said, what? He said oh my mistake nevermind. Then said the wait is 15 min. They had the screens off for the menu and were looking at their phones when I walked in. Then a few people that came in asking for some pizza and were told 15 min left. It's called Hot n Ready not Hot n Lazy . This pizza joint isn't getting any better the last few times I have been there its been slow and awful. I love seeing teenagers work but they obviously need an adult to supervise.

I got a pizza tonight, got home less than a minute away and opened the box to find this and it was cold and stiff. I get that it’s a “ hot and ready” pizza but this is lazy. If this wasn’t reoccurring I wouldn’t say anything.
