We went in to grab some sandwiches for dinner. It should have been quick, but the staff didn't really pay attention to us, they were too busy with airpods in there ears and talking to each other and interrupting my order. They asked what I had at least 4 times and my wife's order 5 times. They couldn't hear us because they had airpods in. They even interrupted the customer behind us asking the other one what time the store closes so they could leave.I will not be coming back to this location

We stopped at this Subway for a late lunch today. While the food was good, the energy of the staff was a bit low and when we went to use the restrooms we were immediately turned off and disgusted. The worst public bathrooms in a restaurant I’ve seen. It’s unacceptable. I did tell one of the staff members that both bathrooms were in need of attention but when I checked them after we ate, nothing had changed. Hire more staff if the 3 people that were there on duty can’t handle it!

I took my first bite and it had a hair. I told the girl I wanted another sandwich, which she gave me but never apologized . They were not wearing hair nets, which i believe they should. Also, their bathroom are disgusting . Don't go there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered using the subway app and requested delivery. They use door dash who is also horrible. I received text messages saying my order should be delivered and that the delivery person is walking up to my location but SURPRISE.. no delivery person and no delivery. I’m literally across the street from this subway store but alone at work so I couldn’t just walk over and get my food. Door dash just kept telling me to text or call the driver, who never replied to answered their phone. Tried to call the restaurant and modem answers. So $22 down the drain. This store needs to get its act together. At least answer your phone and deal with your customers and kick door dash to the curb. They are trash. I am so disappointed with this entire interaction.

Everytime I order online, there's always something incorrect (like no avocado with double avocado lol). The apps time for pick up is always incorrect as well. Honestly not worth the hassle and will be going elsewhere from now on.

I have tried to give this Subway the benefit of the doubt, but it is struggling. Ordered two sandwiches online but when I got there, they were out of the bread I ordered. The meatball sub I ordered had very little sauce - it was plain meatballs. The employee tried to quickly finish it so I wouldn’t notice. When I asked for more sauce, he looked for more - but said they were out. The place had no one in it, but the store was dirty. I am afraid they have lost another customer.

Ive been to this subway at least a dozen times and have had a good experience once. I’ve met the manager who runs both this location and the one in Pleasant Grove near purple turtle (used to at least, and not the nicest to be up front) who was insulted by the fact that I had mentioned not having great experiences at either location. I work near the one in PG. Employees at the highland location are an absolute joke however and always have been. Never paying attention to what they’re doing, blasting the real slim shady while a mother and her toddlers are in the store, yelling over the counter to friends in the lobby, literally one time had a girl sit and flirt with me in front of my wife, refusing to make the sandwiches how asked, and then LITERALLY arguing with my wife on how she would like her sandwich saying “Um I’m pretty sure it tastes the same regardless” lmao. All these examples are different occasions at the same store btw. If you don’t like people mentioning that your stores are awful then do something about it or get another manager to be more present at both locations… I’m sorry but I’ve spent way too much money at both locations with nearly no good experiences to not say anything. Not worth eating here.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Some of the dirtiest fast food restaurant bathrooms I've seen.

Warning, PICKUP ORDERS ARE PRIORITY!!! Do not waste your time actually coming in, you’ll stand in line for more than a few minutes waiting for the pickup orders to be processed over your own food!!!Never again.

The bathrooms at this are horrifically disgusting like mold and tons of everything else. Not sure how a restaurant could be sanitary if employees are using this. Would not eat here.

My wife and I went in to pick up some sandwiches and a salad, and had the worst Subway experience I've ever had. Two sandwich artists were working, with a clearly indifferent attitude, moving intentionally very slowly, visibly annoyed to even be there. The line was long, the restaurant was hot, so it was uncomfortable to even be there. We ordered, only to find out after we had ordered and sandwiches were halfway done that they were out of several important ingredients--this is a guess only, but it seemed like they just couldn't be bothered to even check to see if they had more in the cooler (vinegar and oil, avocado, turkey, etc.). We had to literally ask the employee who was standing at the register to help his co-worker. If these were my children, I would be extremely embarrassed at their behavior. I can understand being young and not wanting to work on a Saturday, but the work ethic on display was simply sad. Where is the manager, or even the owner? If I owned this business, I would be appalled. We will go elsewhere from now on.
