Shady sales tactics. If you order a combo they will always ask if you want that as a medium OR a large giving you only two options. Each one is an upgrade and costs extra.Food is not always fresh and the fries are usually cold. Frosty are always half melted. Not a great location.

I ordered a 10pc chicken nuggets and a strawberry lemonade. But what i got was a regular lemunade, no straw, and only 9 chicken nuggets. My sister and brother have worked here, and said the managers were terrible. I think they need better managers and better service. I dont recommend this

The location in Highland is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. They can't seem to help more then 1 person at a time through the drive thru. If you plan getter food plan on being there a while. You finally get to the board wait for them to hand food to person in front of you. Then they take your order. You move to the window and pay. They will ask you to move forward to make their times appear better then they really are. Then you wait for ever for them to bring your food out. You grab your food and leave then they help the next person and so on. You then get home and your fries are old. Nuggets under cooked and then when you try calling them about it. They never answer their phone. I'm surprised they have been able to stay in business to be honest.

This location is so hit or miss, and it's usually a miss, unfortunately. Tonight they forgot to give us one of our drinks, the fries were old and maybe half full, and they put onions on both burgers after requesting no onions. The blueberry pomegranate lemonade had so much syrup in it that it felt more like drinking syrup than lemonade. If you're going to charge as much for food as you do these days, please get the order right.

The drive thru in Highland is super slow. It's like the bald guy running the window catch multi function at all. He doesn't help the next person with taking their order until that person has gone all the way through the line and gotten their food and left. I sat in the line for more then 5 minutes just waiting to order my food and me and that car was the only 2 in the line. Then the person that pulled in behind me you could hear him ask them to hold on before they ordered. Then after he had asked me to pull forward and wait for my food which was only 3 items. I check my food once he brings it to me then goes back in then start taking the next person's order. Super slow and very ineffective when it comes to being a fast food place. I will likely avoid the location next time.

Very inconsistent food quality. The kids that operate the restaurant don't care enough about their jobs and the owner doesn't instill a culture the kids feel a part of, so the food quality and service suffers and your experience is marginal at best. It's too bad, they could be good.

Wendy's staff gave our inside order to the drive thru, "because they are on a timer." If you screw up own and make it right or better, don't dismiss your customers concerns.Do not recommend coming to this location. Ever.
