We ate at Charley’s Hill AFB on 1/6/24. I want to give Michael a HUGE shoutout! He is what customer service is all about! First he offered to make some fresh brewed icetea (apparently not made on Saturday) and then he made sure our meal and fries were exactly how we wanted them. He was friendly and kind. His co-worker, Jane, needs to take some lessons on customer service. She scolded him in front of customers about making and wasting tea & said he couldn’t make it for one...read full review
