Please update your hours on Google, we walked down today for coffee to find it closed, while your Google listing says it’s open.

Cute place! People greeted us when we entered and continued to engage in conversation. We ate BBQ but lots of yummyiness to choose from. Great idea.

I love the idea of a food hall that incorporates many different types of food-a little something for everyone! Block Party 2700 does a good job of providing a diverse menu of options with plenty of seating and parking outside. They make dining easy-especially for groups who may not all want the same thing.I've tried food from most of the vendors here, and reviewed each of them independently. This review is for the facility itself. It's bright and open, which is nice. But it could have a little more "umph" in the ambience category to bump it from a 4 to a 5 star experience. Maybe a live DJ, music performers, open mic, a library of games, etc. Something that makes you want to hang a little longer. There is potential here, and I'm excited to see what they do with the place.

I've now has 3 meals here in 1 week!! The açaí place was amazing, tacos so tasty and tonight we experienced the most heavenly "croffles" a mix between a waffle and croissant!!! Seriously- you will not be disappointed! Go support locals and enjoy the pride in ownership YANA has to offer!

The food here is good but nothing spectacular in my opinion the barbecue was a little bit dryer and saltier then I would like it. The service thought is on a whole other level it is extremely fast. The ambience is nice and more on the modern side

We got tacos, bbq and smoothies all delicious. I like being able to get different things, better than the briefs at the food trucks. Disappointed that there was no secure bike parking here, there was a rack but it wasn’t secured to anything. Nice patio tables that are completely shaded in the evening.

Needs some work. Only two food trucks and maybe 8 vendors.

Not sure what they are trying to do here. Across the board, ehh at best.

Wow this place is cool! I've never even heard of it until today and I don't know why. I love these "food courts outside of the malls". In fact, the only other one I know about is Hallpass. It's not overly decorated inside, but there is plenty of seating, and it's extremely clean. There is a Acai/smoothie place, cold cut sandwiches, BBQ, and tacos. I only had the Acai this time around, but I will most definetly be back to try the rest of the restaurants

I've come back a couple times now for the food (BBQ and Granatos for me while my girlfriend likes the quesadillas from the Santo Taco) and it's a good atmosphere. All the times I've gone it's seemed very low-key, not too many people around. Kind of tucked away, I think it's a cool place to stop and get some food. I'd like to see this place succeed as time goes on

Obsessed. Perfect for families - kids want pizza and a quesadilla? You want an acai bowl and your husband wants BBQ? No problem. Everyone gets what they want and the space is casual and not stressful for families with young kids. We eat here often! Highly recommend!

We love this place! It’s never been too busy. Santos Birria tacos are so good. We also liked our sandwiches at Granatos. We’ve been several times and will be back.

Rather disappointing. I had high hopes. Sandwich was wrong, twice. Shrimp tacos were undercooked. Salsa was almost turned.Such a good idea.
