Sad. They were unwilling to change the topping on their one topping pizza. And now I know why. Their pizzas are premade. Wouldn't alter their cheese bread to suit either. Paid up thinking I'd get a custom pizza and got a flavorless precooked, dry, hard crust, with cold, CANNED undercooked mushrooms. They labored a whole 8 minutes but obvious it was just to melt the cheese. I'd give frozen, grocery store pizza a better rating.

We came in and purchased hot and ready pizzas, crazy bread, and sauce. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza and bread were delicious. But we were very disappointed in how much sauce came in the containers. We paid extra for the sauce--my kids love the sauce to dip both their pizza and breadsticks in--and we expected them to be full, not halfway or just over halfway full. It was disappointing and felt like a rip-off.

I ordered my pizza and sat in the parking lot for a half hour. I ordered on the app a thin crust and I'm pretty sure they forgot to push the button to say my pizza was done. I would guess it sat there for 20 mins before the app notified me. Disappointing because I come here once a week.

I've ordered through the app multiple times and every time they forget the drinks (40% of the items this time). I understand that Door Dash is partly to blame, but I'm using the LC app and they should also make sure everything for the order is there before it leaves the store.
Don’t order through the app if you want hot pizza, got my pizza sitting on the counter rather than the “pizza portal” and was completely cold by the time I got home. ( 5 min drive) Pizza was not cut properly and wasn’t fully cooked. One of the Worst little Caesar’s in the valley

I ordered a pizza through the website because I don’t like to drive and then wait for the food since I’m with a friend. I get the email saying it’s ready and drive over. I get there 5 minutes after the email and they tell me it’s not ready, please wait another 5. I wait 10. I ask again and again get told to please wait another 5.It takes 30 minutes after I was initially told my pizza was ready for it to actually be ready. There’s a ton of other Little Caesars locations, don’t go to this one.
