We have dinner here all the time and tonight I was very unimpressed by our server Everdeen. She accidentally brought out an extra sushi roll and we let her know right away we didn’t order and she said no worries but once she brought our bill out the roll we didn’t order was on the bill so I once again told her we didn’t order it but she said , but you kept the roll… i told her to please take it since I didn’t order which should obviously not even be a discussion since it was her mistake and we already let her know.My daughter that’s only 9 also saw her talking about us and pointing at us to another server and let me know. Very bad service and I hope I don’t t have her again if we go back.

They didn't respect my allergies. I was very specific and even repeated many times. More than two dishes had spicy which I was VERY specific. I had to pay for the dishes I didn't eat even if I hadn't consumed them. The waiter only said that since we had tried it we had to pay for it. I thought about looking for his manager, he said she was in the bathroom, we waited for 15 minutes then he said he had no idea where she was but that we should pay for the dishes even if we hadn't consumed them.

This is my second time at this location and our dinner was just perfect, from the hostess who greeted us and gave us a very nice table to our waitress who was very attentive and helpful with our selections and make sure we have Champagne and cocktails thought out our dinner. We will be back.
Loved the 10 course tasting menu, new amazing dishes. Especially loved the ginger salmon and the curry shrimp. Wonderful service, thank you!

What a great experience we had - all around. Our group dined in and glad we made a reservation, as it filled up quickly on a weeknight. Each small plate and sushi roll we had was beautifully plated and delicious. We enjoyed the miso soup and edamame, then Sea Bass and Hamachi small plates with the banging jalapeño sauce. Then followed with the Asteroid, Milky Way, Apollo, and Halo rolls - all great. We even asked for another side of the jalapeño sauce for dipping. ? we were hungry after skiing all day!The service was exceptional and atmosphere was subtly lighted and enjoyable. Within walking distance so we will def be back. Thanks, Kaya and all… ??

Sushi is not the best I can name 5 other places better, sappa of course is the best one,tekashi,, fat fish,kobe,soy sushi,iwas expecting mint to be better ,i do like the way the place looks but that's about it

We had the veggie tempura, earth roll, edamame, and seaweed salad. There weren’t really any other vegan options aside from what we tried. It would be nice to see more vegan rolls on the menu.

Outside of Takashi , it's the best Sushi I've had in Salt Lake City, especially the small plates. Great Tuesday tasting menu. Wish they had Sea Urchin.
