Normally the food is hot with a great flavor but this location during lunch that day struggled in a few areas. It was busy and I hoped that my California burrito was going fresh and made with perfection like I've had at many locations but the cheese in my burrito wouldn't even melt because it was just barely warm. Couldn't have been more dissatisfied with the meal that time seems like. Hit or miss with some locations

Two times in a row I have t had any cheese on my breakfast burrito. I asked for cheese and she said it comes with cheese. No it does not. The steak was basically chunks of fat. Where’s the meat and where’s the cheese?

Menu prices online are listed completely different than what is honored/offered in store. Thought their "specials" were good deals, only to find pricing to be nearly double what was advertised on their own website, while not including the advertised included drink. Easiest decision of my day was to walk across the parking lot to real taqueria. 10x better.

Carne asada & al pastor burritos and steak ranchero are always great! My significant other loves the steak ranchero and orders it every time.
So much for being open 24/7. Came for a breakfast burrito at 8 am and the doors were locked and no one was there.

I come to this place often and it's usually pretty good when you don't have anything else to eat at 2 AM, but I went tonight and the workers tried to tell me the system was down and they couldn't give me the food. There were multiple people walking out with bags of food from DoorDash and such and I tried to ask if I could order food and they kept telling me the kitchen was closed when it obviously wasn't. They all continued to laugh as they ate their food that was just cooked for them in their closed kitchen. The lady I was talking to in the drive thru said I don't know I don't even work here. So why are you the one talking to me?! Swag.
