The two pizzas we ordered were severely undercooked. Extremely dough in the middle and the cheese on top was barely even melted. Unfortunately, we live 20 minutes from our “local” store and did not discover this Until we were home. We tried cooking the pizzas in our oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, It was just not the same as having a pizza fully cooked at the restaurant. I felt like this was a horrible waste of money!

Pre ordered a snack box for car side pick up because of staying in the area while visiting Zion. We pulled in a few minutes after the pizza was to be ready for pick up. I tapped the app to let them know we were there. After waiting 10 min for them to come out, I finally went in and had to find someone to grab the pizza box for me. The man gave a mumbled apology and walked away. Definitely poor service in my opinion.

I ordered yesterday for take out. I paid for buffalo MILD. They were NOT mild. I even asked for 3 extra sauce but it was not mild either. Employees definitely gave me medium that we did not finish. 1 star for food service wish I could put 0 stars. Very disappointed.

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. Apparently they hire out drivers through DoorDash. My order came incorrect. The DoorDasher was super kind and offered to go back and get the missing item. I called Pizza Hut in Hurrican. To ask if that driver was gonna get compensation for the Pizza Hut store forgetting part of my order. They said no they don’t automatically give compensation to the door Dashers they have to request it. When the DoorDash came back with my I asked them if they knew that they had to request compensation from Pizza Hut for Pizza Hut getting part of my order and they said they had no Idea. The general manager Lochlin was very rude and super shady about giving the doordashers, their fair share for a Pizza Hut employee creating a problem. I will not be ordering from hurricane Pizza Hut again. I’m going to be contacting the corporate office.
Amazing service! Will return again when seeking that style of pizza.

I looked online to find that pizza hut here closes at 12AM. I ordered pizza at 10 PM. I was at the door waiting with 13 minutes left online before my order was meant to be "ready". I then got a call from pizza hut. I was told that pizza hut was closed, I told them I had found that they were scheduled to be open until 12AM. I was then told that it was 12AM by the employee, it was not. I said that it was 10 PM and they said they were still closed regardless. A little bit frustrated with the experience. Hope that this doesn't happen often. Not the best customer service.

This pizza hut was the best pizza I've ever had OMG THE BEST I got a supreme and it was stuffed with everything SO GOOD definitely would recommend it to everybody SO GOOD one and a half pieces stuffed me my rating is a definite must do God bless you pizza hut perfect pizza thank you
