“What isn't to like about locally owned soda shacks?? Let me start there. I love supporting small local places. The shack definitely fits that bill. It's cute and they've got the soda goods. My go to is Diet Dr Pepper with cream. They did it to perfection with pebble ice. No complaints here. The drive through is a little confusing and not super well marked. “Who knew that you would get one of the freshest, tastiest omelets inside a Cafe inside a 711 but we'll, heck yes. Delightful service, friendly clientele, clean and the food is simple and delicious. The spinach in my omelette feels like it has just been picked, so fresh. What a gem of a place.Vegetarian options: The vegetables are deliciously fresh and clean tasting. Simple, natural flavors. “What a fun, funky little place. The wife and I drive by it multiple times a week as we go from Oakley to and from Heber and have never eaten there. We stopped in yesterday for a late breakfast and it was well worth it. I had the breakfast burrito and the wife had the breakfast sandwich. Food was tasty, the service was quick and the cook was a hoot to talk to. We had a great conversation about Key West, Jimmy Buffet and Parrot Heads. They are known for their burgers so we will be back soon to try them out. Driving through Francis, stop in for a bite to eat!“
