I’ve been eating at Lush’s for quite a while and have always liked it. The last handful of times the food has been even better. The pulled pork was excellent ——not fatty but not dry either, a hard balancing act to pull off!And the service has gotten better w the addition of Erik. Definitely worth a try when in the area.

Meat being as dry as it was, there should be BBQ sauce on every table by default, not a paid side option. By the time I got my food, the line was too long to make ordering the sauce worth it since the register was one processing one group maybe every 5-10 minutesBrisket and Pulled Pork weren’t memorable, chicken wings were OKEDIT: After the reply from the owner below, you can see why I wouldn’t go back. I’ve eaten at dozens of BBQ joints across the country. the reason I may not have reviewed them was because I enjoyed them. Many of those places with meat good enough that doesn’t need sauce. This place ain’t that.

Was skiing out of the canyons, and this place was recommended to me for great barbecue. It was a really good call. Fantastic brisket and ribs. Really good sides as well. The servers were very nice as were the owners who came to speak with us. Finished off with a really good peach cobbler. we’ll definitely stop here next time. I’m in Park city to ski.

Lush’s BBQ was DELICIOUS. The pulled pork and BBQ sauce were particularly fantastic. The live country music created a fun, homey vibe. Lush himself was very friendly and shared his story for opening the restaurant- clearly has a passion for creating a great BBQ experience. Definitely a repeat spot.

I finally made it to Lush's BBQ, and we had a great night. Nice restaurant, warm atmosphere, super friendly staff, and of course delicious food. The ribs were so tender, the brisket was some of the best I have ever had, and the beans were amazing. They had oysters (from Alabama) that we got grilled - delicious. We barely had room for dessert, but we tried the freshly baked banana cream pie. Yum. They serve prime rib on Fridays, and I hear it is amazing, so I will be back for that. There was live music (a friendly guy playing guitar who chatted with the diners between songs).
