Loud traffic noises were preventing me from hearing much but the server at the machine and window was very patient and polite. Very professional. Food at this location is accurate and well made. Only complaint is they are hard to access due to the freeway entrance but it's not their fault so I didn't reduce stars for it.
I've been to this location a couple times and it's always been good. Last time was on free burger day and they were organized and quick. This is now my go-to Carl's Jr. location. The guy who's at the counter late afternoons has the best customer service too.
