this place is disgusting, couldn't even eat the watery, tasteless breakfast burrito or drink the flavorless vanilla latte. ended up going to starbucks instead like I should have in the first place!

Good drinks, decent food depending on what you get. The customer service could be better. Your waiting about 5 minutes from the time you pull up to the window to when you actually pay.

I went to get a coffee today, and this rude employee looked at me like I was stupid for asking for more chai. she didn't even give me what I asked for she was every disrespectful and needs a new job. She was a young girl maybe in late teens with long blackish hair. She gave me a very disrespectful tone when asked if we could get more chai for the drink that was made wrong in the first place. I order my drink the same way every time, and this was very disappointing.

Quick stop for coffee on the way to work! Fast and good coffee! got the peppermint mocha and it was like Christmas in a cup! Beans i& brew is a perfect alternative if you desire something else besides Starbucks:)

I come here pretty often to do homework and decided maybe I should finally review them. I love this place so much. The staff are so friendly and they very clearly love working with each other. The manager, Mary I think, is so sweet and always willing to lend her employees a hand, which is something I can't say I've seen at other coffee shops. The camaraderie of the staff just makes the atmosphere so amazing, and they always have good music playing in the back (the lobby music is alright). The drinks are well made and if anything is ever wrong they've always been completely willing to remake my drink for free. Will definitely continue to come here for some time and highly recommend if you're a college kid needing somewhere with a good atmosphere to study.Kid-friendliness: They're super considerate of families with kids and always make sure the kids drinks are out first. I've seen some kids come in that are just horrible and destroy their displays or are running around disturbing people, and the staff are always so courteous and patient.

Iced caramel Cielo wasn’t the best, the level of sweetness was great but it was very burnt. The croissant sandwich wasn’t the best either but still good enough to eat.
