I ordered a 10 piece bundle and they forgot the fries, so I was given a food credit for that order. I went to go pickup my food credit order about a week later, and they forgot my fries again. It’s not a big deal, but still kind of annoying.

This place use to be amazing but the staff aren’t the friendliest and some waiters definitely have attitude problems. Food is great though. Except the fries. They taste old and stale every time. I hope they can improve.

Came in today to watch a few games then eventually leave. The restaurant had a few customers but not very busy, I waited over an hour for a burger and fries!!!!! UNREAL!! Then after everything was said and done we waited an additional 30 mins to receive our checks, we tried getting help from another waiter and she completely blew us off And gave us a ton of attitude.

Food was good - however it took the entire meal for them to bring out our appetizer, literally at the end of the meal. Boneless wings were good but we only ordered 2 rounds of drinks and an order of wings and it took basically 2 hours. Very slow.

I don't know if it's just the Layton location or everywhere. It seems like everywhere after looking at reddit. This place used to Have the best wings. I loved going here. There wings are so dry and bad now. The legs are basically inedible. It's like chicken jerky or something. I've given themover 5 chances now thinking maybe it was a few off days. Never going again. They have clearly sacrificed some form of serious quality control to save money. They make hooters wings look amazing. Super lame.
