My coworkers and I went to pick up our mobile orders, and saw the staff in complete disarray. The lobby was dirty, the front counter wasnt attended, and when she eventually came up to greet us, all she had was questions. It took us 20 minutes to make an order that we had already submitted, and when we got our food, the chicken nuggets were dry and old, the fries were lukewarm, the whopper meet was inexcusably bland, and multiple pieces of my order were wrong.The nuggets were inexcusable in my book, so I tried asking the manager to drop a new set. She physically took my bag of nuggets back into the kitchen without gloves, didn't wash her hands, and continued to expedite orders. I waited for my nuggets to be dropped, after having to watch the kitchen staff and manager argue about the friers being taken down (in the middle of lunch service).I paid money to be given cold food, that was wrong, late, and wasn't at all worth my time or my money. And I can promise you that if this day shift continues to be run with the lack of effort and care that I experienced, it won't be worth your time either.

After placing my order, I was there for 12 minutes with nobody in front of me in the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes before anyone greeted me at the window and then another 7 minutes after that before I got my order. This was on a Sunday afternoon that seemed to be slow...I could be wrong, but still terrible service.

I honestly don’t know why I go to this location. I went to get a burger on a Sunday afternoon. There was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive through. A voice came on the speaker telling me to order. After I did, another voice came on telling me to hold on. It took 3 minutes for someone to come back and say it was OK to order. When I got to the window, it was five minutes before someone even opened the window to take my payment. Then it was another 5 minutes before my food even came out.I honestly don’t know what their workers in there were doing if not their job. It’s like I had to wait for them to be finished with their personal things before they actually did their job and make me a burger.My prediction is this location is going to close very soon.

The people are friendly and awesome. The restaurant is clean, the food wasn't what it used to be here. The past few times I've been here my fries and onion rings have been kind of cold. But I love the burgers and chicken

Me and my husband went to the drive thru, we were the only car in line, when we first got there an automated voice came on, then we waited for someone to take our order we waited at least 10 minutes, in the meantime another car pulled up behind us, after not getting a response it made me wonder if the store wasn't open so my husband said lets go somewhere else, before we I decided to pull up to the window to see if anyone was there, as I pulled up there were 2 workers inside, one them just putting on her headset to take orders and the other worker was standing by her they were talking and laughing, they saw me when I pulled neither one t of them acknowledged that I had pulled up to the window. So we left and went to Arby's and got s fish sandwich, which we had planned to get at BK. If that's how they treat their customers, I won't go there ever again.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience tonight. I sat at the counter and waited for them to take my order for 10 min. Just when I was about to leave someone finally came and got my order. While waiting for my food one of the employees started yelling and screaming at the other employees. I understand they were stressed and understaffed but it could have been handled a lot better. It ruined the atmosphere and made everyone very uncomfortable. A few other customers left without ordering.

The supervisor for that night was rude hard to deal with tried to get items fixed only to be told I was wrong gave up and waited for a different day to talk to the general manager who actually took care of me making me feel better about the location but worried if I was to go back and would have to deal with that supervisor I wouldn’t want to go name was Marisa.
