Very disappointed! I went by myself. The line was ridiculous!I kept wondering why, if all I ordered was soup, why did I have to stand in that line! I was in line for food for almost 24 minutes.I ate and enjoyed my soup, roll, drink and strawberry. I saw two ladies looking for a clean table to sit at. They thought the one next to me was clean, it wasn’t.The garbage can was overflowing, the dish return was also full.Parking: About 50 but there are 3 places to eat that share the same parking lot.

Have these employees taken a mandatory “food handling” course?It has happened numerous times that the person packing the roll in the paper bag also handles the money. That’s not ok. You could be shut down for that. At least take off the gloves when handling money. So unappetizing ?

This place is the best place for soup and certainly a contender for sandwiches. I always get the Wisconsin cauliflower soup and the bacon avocado sandwich. I recommend at least trying this place if you're nearby!!!Kid-friendliness: Delicious even to kids. Not an adult focused place and great kids foods.
Food at Cafe Zupas is always pretty good. I was unimpressed with the service, as they were slow, could not keep my order straight (I had to repeat it several times), and generally not that friendly. Overall, I will come back to this location eventually, but probably not soon.

Pretty disappointed. There was 7 people behind the counter, not one person greeted us, nobody in front of us.We had to ask if we could order, they delayed and stalled afterwards when we were ready to pay. My wife wanted a desert and the majority of deserts were not out and were just empty. We had to go elsewhere for desert. We won't return to this location.

Yummy soup and salad!! The food was very fresh and delicious! The services was great but very crowded as we went during lunch hour but overall the experience was great!

I went in about 12:30 pm it was crowded I ordered a salad and sandwich, my salad was made but they completely overlooked me and moved on to ppl behind me, when they saw my salad just sitting there, they almost threw it away I'm like that's mine, nobody made my sandwich, he's like give me 5 minutes, I told him nevermind I've been waiting 15 minutes. I'm 61 and I feel like I was invisible to these kids, especially when the 3 young ladies behind me got service before me...I'm not saying because of age, but they made me feel invisible and wanting me to wait on my sandwich as they waited on ppl who came in after me..I used to love this place but after yesterday I'll never go back.

Always packed, so I feel like by the time I sit down my soup is cold because it has just been sitting there waiting for me to check out. But it is good, fresh food. Just don’t want cold soup that has been breathed on by other customers.
